Yes if you notice three of the girls (Ayheon, Chiquita & Ruka) ages are listed wrong as all three have had birthdays already this year. Makes you wonder when this was actually recorded.

@@jeffreyandrews6700 well, forget the age thing, those who are thinking that this was shot recently should remember that BabyMonster's 2NE1 dance cover was included in the teaser video which was shown in December so clearly this whole show was shot last year. YG (YHS) acted beautifully to make us believe that this was shot on may 12th itself but he had some loopholes lol

Yep.. I think we all have to remember that all this content for Last Evaluations were filmed spring/summer of 2022. There were actually 10 trainees at first, but the other 3 didn’t make the cut to participate in the BABY MONSTER debut project. I believe Yang Hyunsuk when he said he did originally have in mind 5 members during the evaluations. He most likely already decided by the solo missions who would made his final 5 line up. However, I think the final vocal group performance and 2NE1 mash up dance performance kind of made him second think his decision LOL! They sounded and looked amazing as 7 members. He also did mention in the last episode as well as the very first BABY MONSTER teaser that he will see what the fans/viewers think about each trainees. Even though he probably already decided for all 7, he just wants to be troll and make everything dramatic and stressful af. But that was his marketing strategy.. he had to do “eliminations” and say it will not be 7.. to get people talking and even more emotionally invested. 😆 I was actually amused by the actual announcement video because if you look at the ages, it is incorrect to girls’ age right now. Which means.. Yang Hyunsuk must have filmed this announcement video sometime in the later part of last year.. maybe January 2023 before Chiquita and Ruka’s bday. LOL! Ruka is 21 in March, Ahyeon just turned 16, Asa just turned 17, and Chiquita’s bday was this past Feb so she’s 14. 😊

@The Lapids & somewhat off topic but I think the reason that a few YG trainees are trusted to be featured on YG tracks is due to the level of training they receive pre-debut. Most YG artists are also writers and producers/ composers of their (& other YG artist groups) songs. Even trainees who leave YG end up debuting right away because other companies know the rigorous training they went through.

Looks like we might be based on the pre-debut release!

yeah a lot of clips in the first introduction have not been released yet, and I guess before debut there will be another series....
