Simeon, you need to do longer stretch on your bent over rows, I feel you could really use the potential of a wider back if you allow your arms to extend more, the other guys form was much proper than yours & ive notice even tho your waist is pretty small, your back isn't really using the advantage to have a wide back look when you do your lat spread
shaun omega you should do chest and back together shoulders and upper arms(triceps,biceps,forearms) and thighs lower back and calves, that’s what Arnold suggests at least, I’ve been doing it recently and it’s working crazy miracles
