My personal view on simeons physique is that hes got the ultimate aesthetic body. Maybe not everyones but i think it looks awesome. You look anything close to this and you can shop in primark with a basic white tee and look sharp as fuck lol. The real deal here... Is he on any peds?? fuck knows and no fucks are given either. Dude is tall, trained solid for years, diet on point carrying low body fat. Appreciate and respect how much effort he puts in for this physique. Build someone up at every opportunity, theres no need to direct negativity towards any one. Its so much more fulfilling. Happy new year everyone...

Quality information given here. Mix heavy & light weights for maximum results. (heavy for strength & light for the pump) Train hard/smart - eat right & rest. For dominant muscles you need to do isolation exercises.

Hey Simeon Ime 13 years old and I play lots of contact sports and my coach told me that I would need some weight training and this is the channel I have been taking tips from for months. I used to be weighing at 110 pounds and I was able to gain 20 pounds of muscle so thanks Simeon for your advice because you have been a real inspiration for me and I hope you will always make videos

He's just explaining why he's doing what he is doing.... not everyone that follows him has been lifting for years so for a beginner this video is really informative and for the more experienced just skip through to the actual lifting

I had never heard of Simone Panda until a week ago and I presumed he was just another heavy steroid, growth hormone, insulin using RU-vid bodybuilder. But boy am I wrong. I am just blown away by how such an incredible physique can be built naturally. This Panda man is truly a miracle to behold, a marvel and an inspiration to the kids he is trying to inspire. Hats of to you Simone you are majestic. I for one am now a huge fan. Keep up the great work. Hail Panda.

I have been fighting a pain in my left knee and got some knee sleeves, after wearing them for a leg session it wasn't much for the support that helped my knee but the sleeve kept the knee joint warm and keep the blood in them which greatly helped my mobility

Try changing your finger placement ( to focus on more back or incorporate more biceps) Example When on the seated row- while performing the exercise take off ur index and thrums to focus on back To incorporate more biceps release the pinky - works among other exercises ( just a thought) Dope video

To be honest, regardless of what other RU-vidrs may say about this dude, you can't fault his knowledge and hustle. Guys (especially young trollers), you still need to put in the work. Don't worry so much about what another "man" is doing or not doing. People focus so much on the stuff people are taking (or not taking) as if it is the only variable in the formula. (1) Learn what you can from experienced athletes; (2) Do not be gullible; (3) Even if someone is on stuff, how does it affect you? move on!

Really liked the video, good tips! There's just one thing - I don't want to sound like a smart-ass but reverse-grip pull-downs target the medial triceps head, the long head is utilized best in overhead movements.

Dear fellow gym people, I have a question : What exactly does it mean when my arms are not sore after a workout session of about 60 minutes ? They used to get sore quickly when I was younger, but now they kind of don't. I use heavy weights with low repetitions till the point of exhaustion - but no soreness - Does this mean I am doing something wrong ? (I do vary the individual exercises though) - Kind regards from Germany !

I get bored sometimes when I do forearm exercises because it takes a while to improve in strength, it takes me thousands of reps divided by sets. I use a proper amount of weight at the proper time which means sometimes I need a heavy weight then shift down to a lighter weight and if I feel I need to shift back up to a heavier weight I shift up weight. An example is sometimes it is 60 pounds with 1 rep then 1 pound with 300 reps then 15 pounds with 42 reps then another set if I feel I need to do another 30 reps with the same weight I do it. Also sometimes I use no weight. I start with no weight or end with no weight or just don't even do the exercise because my body just doesn't have the energy which is resting. I do however do as many reps I feel I can do then shift to weight I feel the need too. I go beyond the burn but I use proper bursts(technique), I do what makes me comfortable whether I need to swing my body into the lift or not, being still as possible. But when I feel an increase in strength, focus and skin sensitivity, that's when I become really motivated to do it again the next day if I'm not sore. Jogging around a little example 300 feet and stopping way before I become exhausted, warms up my body including the arms, I feel more focused on my grip when I lift weight because I jogged and push ups are a lot easier. Exercise for me has to be done at the proper time also, I have learned I have to take care of myself to feel better, I have to eat at the right time, drink water or fruit and vegetable juice at the right time, and eat and drink the right amount. I also use many angles the arm can move in, it helps improve my strength. I've lost 60 pounds.
