7:00 mins into vlog, and the exercise for triceps with bench using just body weight was maaaaad crazy SP I agree with elbows but will get used to that, definitely shocked my triceps with that exercise, new exercise incorporated into the new regime. Thanks SP!!! TEAM JUSTLIFT👊🏾💯
Love this guy man, I already know what he's going to say when certain questions are asked. Thank you simeon my biggest inspiration. Now gonna go kill some legs
lots of volume indeed i learned that from panda, 8-12 sets i work 3-4 muscle groups i jump in heavy then go down, this works for me sometimes i will start small and work my way up.
Weight training for 18 years; age 31; picked up a dumbell at age 14-15. Unless you mean training in general, like your pressups, situps and pullups were your 3-4 year foundation before weight training?
Hey sim you don't look like you use to when you started your channel. I remember you were huge in 2011. Are you training differently now you were very lean and big lifter.
Simeon, how do you know when enough is enough for that day training on that body part. For example some people have number of sets and number of exercise for that body part and they are done, then some lift until they can't lift anymore. Even though you do high volume is there a limit to that high volume or time limit to let you know I'm done for today?
I hate when people come to the gym and jump on every machine in one session. It's cool sometimes but if you don't focus on that muscle group I feel it would be way longer to grow
i mean you're obviously big and obviously know what you're doing, but why do you train every single day? would you not get bigger if you let your muscles recover more on a rest day or do they recover enough when you're working another muscle group on another day?
Considering the timeframe how long he has been training allows him to train every day because his body is conditioned to handle large amount of stress. A beginner or less experienced lifter in general probably couldn't handle it in terms of recovering enough but he can at this point of his training career.
If you paid attention to the video he explains why he trains everyday ... he trains everyday because he only trains one muscle group a day so 6 days a week each muscle has a rest period. But everyone routine doesnt work for everyone
