Would you say this is able to work against heavy weight opponents?

In freestyle and Greco it's possible for heavyweights to use because there is a slip throw rule. If you miss the throw and slip off the arm, the match is stopped and you both start on your feet with no points given. In high school and collegiate wrestling there is no slip throw rule so if you miss it's a takedown. The move is risky to try especially among heavyweights because its not a high percentage of success for them.
