For the algorithm

Have you thought of adding pulled pork quesadillas to the menu? Seasoned and smoke as usual. When I make it I season up the pork after it is pulled with Mexican oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper, granulated garlic, and paprika. When layering the quesadillas I add cheese, the pulled pork, taco sauce, onions, yellow or red peppers, and top with cheese. For something different, put cheese down on the griddle before the tortilla and get an amazing crust of browned cheese.

The only way to possibly make kale edible? Add bacon!
