These 15 exercises are to improve your speed in badminton at home. Speed is generally considered nessecary in badminton. Having more speed in your body will ultimately give you a better position before hitting the shuttle. The 15 exercises can be done at home .
Sometimes you don't have the opportunity to go to the badminton court and that's why i created this video. Now you can improve your speed everywhere. Especially at home!
Suggested workout 💪💪
Pick 5 exercises and work your way through them, 3 times.
You simply have to follow the ''suggested workout'' graphic in the end of each speed exercise.

Just play with wall the backhand would come automatically

A suggestion from my end... Put the thank you slide at the end of the video. Ppl like videos that come straight to the point. Your humility towards your viewers is good. Not to forget abt the efforts for the video 👍🏻🔥

@@ShuttleLife I was talking abt the slide that came in at the very beginning saying "Thank you for tuning in". My suggestion is that you could've put in maybe a bonus exercise instead of that slide... It's just my opinion, rest of the video was perfect according to me... Good job

SUGGESTED WORKOUTS: Exercise 1-6 + 15 Time: 25 minutes Exercise 9-14 + 15 Time: 25 minutes Make your own workouts and put them here. I would surely advise always to end out with sprinting to get the lungs going 100%

hey, i have been playing football since i was child.aslo i have been playing badminton for 6 years. how playing football will be helpful to go for a better badminton player?

Amazing and welcome to the sport. Football movements is more straight in general. It will give you a motorical advantage in terms of running and neurological optimization especially in the legs - and the ability to the sprint. Your lungs aswell. But when it comes to badminton, soccer does not really come with any really beneficial improvements. Badminton is much about change of direction, stability and coordination between arms and footwork. Hope that makes sense.

What is the rest time from going to another exercise. Means after doing 1 st exercise how much time for rest before starting 2 nd exercise and so on. Please reply. Lots of love from 🇮🇳 India. Really it's is helping me.
