I stumbled upon your channel and been watching some of your videos (English).. My Urdu is very limited. Anyway, I respect all your points. We were living in Muzaffargarh before and recently moved to Bahria Orchard. Imagine me being shocked with our expenses since we moved here.. It was mind blowing! Now I have to think twice as to what should be included in the groceries list. Our electricity bill on our first month is 15K!! We use motorbike frequently instead of the car because -- well, to save money for gas. We are growing our own vegetables before. Now, I do not know if we still can (maybe create greenhouse in rooftop?) Hahaha.. These things were all part of our adjustments since we lived here. I like the environment though -- except when the street gets covered with cows/buffalos pooped that are coming in and out of Bahria Orchard every morning and afternoon. Seriously, not sure why the admin doesn't care about this. Also when it rains, some streets gets flooded.
Our whole family is your fan. Your English is excellent. actually we are planning to buy a plot either in old bahria or Bahria orchard, so while searching we found your video. Today you made it in all Urdu it's look good but we really Appreciate if you make a separate channel for Urdu as we regularly watch it for English. Also info regarding Orchard life is very demanding and your guidance can make buyer's decision very easy. I think construction is allowed only till 5 p. m. so afterwards it may be peaceful for residents. Kindly share more experiences as resident. Thank You for your time.

nice and useful feedback which has been explained in a true manner, previously I bought a plot in bahria town but somehow I moved to bahria orchard to get a cheap plot and save money. also I do like the environment. thanks again for sharing some good part and challenges of bahria orchard as compared to living in a local locations of Lhr. yes electricity bills are the real challenge really why they direct switch to the wapda likewise DHA as they don't hv their own system. Another think you hv been noticed that bahria orchard electricity come thru Raiwind and not connected via Lahore and thus is the main reason why generators are operational almost all the times. hope u agreed
I absolutely agree! Yes the environment is good, the air quality is better than the inner city. Buying a plot in Orchard is certainly a lucrative investment. Many congratulations on that. ☺️
With a little effort and some professional thumbnails your channel can literally blow. Honestly the way you speak and the kind of personality you have you can run a vlogging channel successfully. You have all the ingredients, just try to upload regularly with professional thumbnails. Your channel is so underrated. Trust me youtube vlogging is a really good side income.

For general checkup at hospital at bahria its 500 or 700 last time i checked. Should shift back to township like area where paindo people feel like at home.
