I don't understand why anyone would get upset because you use your hands. All famous chefs use their hands.
@aaronloomis8750

I cooked in commercial kitchen's for 30 years. There are times when gloves are a safe way to handle foods. Ready to eat foods must be handled with gloved hands or a utensil . Gloved hands can cross contaminate if they are not fresh and clean. Your hands are the best utensil in the kitchen, just wash them often. On a regular day in the kitchen I would wash my hand 15 to 20 times in a shift.

I buy these boneless pork ribs often since they are so affordable. Sometimes I cook them just like I would a beef roast, browning them with a seasoned flour, adding carrots, onions, and potatoes, and then covering with a cup or so of whatever broth I have available. I typically cook them at 350 degrees for an hour and a half in a dutch oven. Simply delicious! I don't think my family even realizes they are eating pork and not beef. Thanks, Tammy, for sharing another way to cook them.

those looked really good ... will need to try it this way next time I make them. Wondra flour is my go to for thickening sauces. I try to pick up an "extra" one for my pantry since I have been seeing when I am getting close to needing more ... the store is out (and Amazon prices are absurd).

Hi Tammy! I have a recipe for the Boneless Pork Loin ribs. Mine are from a Canadian Bridge Club cookbook and called "Sweet and Sour BBQ Pork Ribs". I have also used the recipe with bone in Country style Pork loin ribs. My recipe calls for vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, dry mustard, and chopped onions. It's cooked low and slow and the smell is wonderful! Everyone comes running!

Looks yummy 😋 My Mom used to get the boneless pork ribs, she would place them in a baking pan use salt, pepper and garlic powder only,then she would slice a large white onion and place them all over the ribs then she would use a large can of diced stewed tomatoes on them cover with aluminum foil bake at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 hours...... I love to make them like that too ✌️

It's funny how we get stuck in a rut, cooking things the same way. Because they call them ribs, we add BBQ sauce. Usually, I just cook them in the Instant Pot because it's quick and easy. I think they would be good with some sweet and sour sauce, colorful peppers, onions and pineapple (maybe even a few maraschino cherries) served over rice.

Tammy, I buy these boneless ribs and first brown them with lots of good spices (I use onion powder, garlic powder, cavenders Greek seasoning,little nutmeg, and several others. Then, I layer as follows, layer of ribs, layer of sauerkraut, layer of ribs, sauerkraut, etc until all ribs and kraut are used. I then pour a can of beef all over it, put a lid on the pot, put in the oven, and cook 6-8 hours at 250 degrees. They literally fall apart. Serve with a hunk of potato bread!! ♥️🙏🏼♥️

Tammy, I totally agree with you. Pork is the most reasonably priced meat. I love pork chops. They are my favorite and I cook them at least 6 different ways. I also love ribs, both baby back ribs and country style. Mi usually buy bone in because the flavor is better. I BBQ them, but my nephew has cooked them on the grill and they were incredibly delicious. I’m a total carnivore. I also decide on meat when I shop based on what’s on sale and it’s generally pork. You’re seasoning them similar to a porketta. Tonight I made a wild rice casserole. I didn’t bake it. I just cooked it on the stove top. It’s okay. I prefer it baked. I used ground beef, but recipe calls for pork sausage or chicken. You can use any meat you like. I generally use pork sausage because that’s the original recipe. I love your meat hook.

looks delicious, you even handle your spices differently (with love for what you are doing). I grab mine and throw them around, but a cook that loves what she is doing handles everything differently is what I am seeing in your videos, with love, precision and professionalism. You have an ideal set up in your kitchen as well and looks like very cooking tool ever made under the sun! I always said to myself if I had the right set up in a kitchen and the right tools I could learn to be a great cook, but I never had it, so I have just had to survive. I realize you have had to survive as well, but you have survived in a different way being an expert cook. I had no teaching whatsoever from anyone about cooking. What I learned, I found it all by myself and like I said it was solely just to get food in my body. I always knew though I had the potential to be a great cook with right kitchen set up and the right tools. Your videos teaches an entire cooking course one dish at a time. Great how to cooking video once again. By the way I am sharing most of your videos on my friend list on Facebook just because I have so much confidence in you and your ability to bring excellent cooking videos.
