Come practice with me in this 16-minute workout where we'll warm up the feet for better balance, practice some key balance moves like weight shifting, pivoting and single leg balancing, and give you the confidence to feel strong on your feet!
Along with strengthening your bones, balance practice has been shown to increase independence as adults get older.
