If you’re not buying because of interest rates, but are renting a storage unit & a house I’ll say your monthly payments will be pretty close. If you buy you can always remortgage when they come down.

Bud, I watched this video again. I would call that little thing you put in there on the edges, an underpatch!! I would do that with Monaco.

I hope that you find a place that makes you feel happy, comfortable and safe. I have found that it's cheaper to buy than it is to rent. Can't wait to see the fokker D7 finished. You know, I have all the Episodes you have made so far.. I plan on building the 33% D7 my self next after the tri-pacer. Probably won't see yours for a while!! Maybe next Spring Hey?? I'm getting ready to start my 33% Piper tri-pacer P22. I am retired so, I figure a year to finish her......

For filling the little Wavy spots on the Control Surfaces and the back of the wings. I suggest, you watch Balsa USA's RU-vid on: Oratex covering. The cutting of the material should be the same. My opinion only, But if you watch it, it may be helpful. Let me know what you think of the video. Later!!

Hey Bud, High rates mean lower prices and some good deals out there. If you can afford the rates till they change and they will, it can be a good time to buy. If you wait for the rates to go down the prices will go up and you can't change paying to much. Good luck with the move, hope you get a great place. Phil

Hey Bud, just found your channel and watched the Christen Special Bipe videos and the whole D.VII build (so far). Nice work on the D.VII! I have a 1/6th scale Balsa USA DR1 that is going to be my winter project, so I may have to use some of your tips for that. Haven't decided on going Oratex or fabric and dope yet. I want to do the Kempf scheme instead of the old standby Red and White, so custom paint is going to be a deciding factor on Fabric or Oratex. As a side note...where did you get Waldo from? I have been looking for a good pilot, but mostly there is just cheesy crap out there. Thanks and good luck with the move.

My wife is from Chicago In the Displaines area. (Not sure about the spelling), Well connected if you know what I mean. I am from Detroit well connected if you know what I mean. My father was a teamster working for Jimmy Hoffa, Ca-pish!! It would be nice to set down over coffee and shoot the breeze about our planes. When we come to Chicago it would be nice to be able to look you up. Maybe see the B17. My grandfather was a B17 tail gunner in wwII. Anyway, hope things are going good talk to you later......
