So che arrivo in ritardo rispetto al video, ma hai fatto qualcosa di pazzesco. I 90° sulle dips tra l'altro gli rompevi giusti giusti, non so come hai fatto ad essere così preciso, ma soprattutto a farne così tante. L'unico minuscolo appunto che volevo dire, era che avevi perso un po la contrazione sull'addome durante i piegamenti, ma se non lo avessi fatto, più che motivazione mi avresti dato depressione. Dopo tutte quelle serie sarebbe stato molto più che pazzesco, perché quello lo è già. Big up💪

En los dips rompeba el parallelo, no es necesario tocar las parallela con las espaldas. Los pull ups estaban bien. En los push ups, puedes tener razon, por cierto se pueden corriger. Los ultimos muscle ups tenian kip, no rep en teoria.

Non voglio criticare la performance ma vedo delle cose. I dips ci stanno, anche se poco profondi, i 90 gradi vengono raggiunti, ma i piegamenti sono fatti un po' troppo pancia a terra. Le regole di questi barbarians dovrebbero essere riscritte e prevedere pull ups con petto alla sbarra (e non solo mento) e piegamenti perfetti con schiena dritta e non inarcata. Per concludere nel tempo più breve possibile non si raggiunge un movimento corretto al 100%.

Tutto vero, ma questo non è un tentativo ufficiale. È stato un test di resistenza personale in cui ho sacrificato tanto l'esecuzione. Un tentativo ufficiale di fronte a Zef dovrebbe essere il più controllato e perfetto possibile, idealmente utilizzando tutto il tempo necessario sotto il limite di 5 minuti. Fare trazioni al petto è superfluo, dalla distensione articolare a sbarra al collo è più che abbastanza.

Impressive!!! I think that it's better for the routine to add some extra, like 10-15 handstand pushups for shoulders strenght, 10-15 pistol squats for each leg, and maybe even 20-30 leg raises for the core, in order to make the most complete/fun challenge possible, good idea?
