Hello Lauren, tried your Barre workout for the 1st time and I would like to share with you that I really felt better. I was having a tight lower back from all day of sitting at work and I was surprised to feel it was gone after the workout. I also have an injury on my left hip/thigh since Feb. 2023 and it felt very tight as well compared to the right uninjured thight/hip. I tripped and fell due to a broken floor tile. I have been through a whole year of physical theraphy to strengthen it. It is still not back to normal. I hope your barre workouts will have help me gain back the flexibility and strength. I hope you can create more barre workouts. Thank you.

I was looking for something that would allow me to fix my posture, allow me to be graceful like a ballet 🩰 dancer, help me become more flexible and at the same time gain more strength as I am nearing 60. I never knew that I could find it in Barre workouts.

This was fantastic, you covered every part of my body. I really appreciate your coaching, "shoulder down and back" tummy tucked" . It is like you are in the room with me, with those reminders. Very challenging (for me) but also easy to follow. If it's too hard or I need to rest, the pause button is right there--although I try to not use it. Love the flowing movements. Thank you for this all body, inspiring exercise video.

This is my first 'class' with you and I felt it everywhere. I haven't regularly exercised in a couple of years. I am plus size, have severe osteoarthritis in both knees so squats and deep knee bends aren't possible...yet. But this was calm and a good stretch for my body. Thank you.

Sweet Lauren, you always know what I need. Yesterday I did a Hip Hop dance workout, plus was swinging on the swings with my grandson. So, this Barre workout was perfection.
