Why couldn't he just ask Big Nora to just hold onto his speed for awhile? You have a transcendent Universal Force at your beckon call holy fuck dude. Also you can time travel- you just can't change anything. Go to the "time" you went crazy and literally just watch.

What Irks me here is that Barry hasnt even considered someone could be messing with the timeline. A time traveller arrives tells him he looses his mind that day and he questions it then when things start to happen its “oh yeah, im loosing my mind”. Someone else always has to work it out for him.

So let me see if I've got this right. Barry wants Jefferson to take his speed, because somehow Black Lightning can extract a power that is basically limitless thanks to the Speed Force being back in existence. However, Barry's completely ignoring everything he's learned up to this point and giving in to his emotions rather than paying attention to the situation and thinking logically. He's letting Despero's mind games get to him and he's not thinking that there could be someone else at work here making him go crazy, trying to frame him. While I admit that the current season is doing a good job of showing how much Barry has grown, they're still following the same plot tropes that make it virtually impossible to think that Barry has grown smarter as well as faster. He's still falling for the same traps and not thinking about it before doing something irrational like asking someone to take his speed away, especially when he tried so hard to get it back the last time. And what about Nora? Why didn't he call her for help instead of reaching out to Jefferson who should've been there for emotional support rather than simply listening to this nonsense. However, all that aside, I like where this is going. Its the final confrontation with Thawne, and we all know its going to get nasty.

Man, this show still dials up the drama to 11 to its own detriment. They've purposefully written Barry Allen to be a babbling idiot for 8 years in a row. That's got to be impressive.

can someone please explain wtf is going on with Thawne? SPOILER 3RD EP: Thawne is marrying iris and taking over Barry's life but I thought that was a similar route to when he first betrayed Barry ? does this take place randomly or does this tie in with the future fight which doesn't even add up to this timeline. The barry we see on screen is an alternate timeline from the original timeline flash that was fighting thawne the night his mother died. It would'nt add up if this crossover was setting up that event due to the fact it occured in another timeline creating this alternative timeline with different events that take place. Either it's terrible writing or I'm missing something....

So, they all have a designated teammate to stop one of them so i'm guessing, Clark and Kara would stop each other, Barry and Jefferson same. I guess if Oliver was alive, he would be the one designated to stop Sara and vice versa.

Why are we hearing about this Injustice protocol for the first time? When on earth did all of this happened? Nothing makes sense and what does Faust has anything to do with this? So many questions yet not enough answers to put it all together. Judging by what's going on right now my best guess is that this isn't Barry and Jefferson's second time meeting each other since Crisis more like third or fourth.
