Just like the Legends of Tomorrow... They keep making messes to keep the show going... Season 1 gets a free pass, because no one would predict the "singularity" that led to season 2. Season 2 had Barry create Flashpoint, which led to Season 3 Season 3 had Barry in and out of the Speed Force which led to Season 4 Season 4 had Barry create collateral damage from falling satellite, that made Cicada and Cicada II, which led to Season 5 Season 5 Brought Godspeed to present time which led to season 6 It's almost as if Barry deliberately does this to keep the show alive. I can look past it if each season were just parts of Thawne's master plan... but I don't think it is...

@@VeeOasis I know. And personally it sucks, cuz I really loved the show at the beginning. It had so mich potential to be great. Like I can‘t picture anyone else as the flash other than grant gustin and thomas cavanagh is so good in his role as Harrison. Like they get so much right at the start be it the casting. These actors are damn good at the acting too, couple scenes i remember even now are the scenes with Joe and Barry from the top of my head. Idk man somewhere along the way the writers had other priorities in their mind…and it‘s a damn shame really

barry and his team literally create their own villain almost every season: Season 1: Star Labs creates Meta Humans Season 2: still fighting these metas Season 3: Barry creates a time relict in 2x23, so he creates Savitar, who sends metas to Earth 1 to kill Team Flash etc. Season 4: Barry runs out of the portal infront of a bus, creates new metas, the Thinker created in 1x01 Season 5: Metas and Cicada created by the satellites from Star Labs Season 7: gives Godspeed his speed

Season 3: At a certain speed, Barry's body cannot withstand friction with air, which is why he comes up with the Savitar costume. Season 7: Are they already running 5 times faster than Savitar, suit? lol.

@@Pepperoni_Invader during the episode where Cisco and Catilyn entered flashtime , there was a part where they mentioned Barry creates a speed force aura to protect him and the person he’s holding from friction .. so my assumption is that in the earlier seasons he didn’t have enough of that aura yet to pass It to other people or even protect himself from friction as much which would explain why both himself and felicity had their clothes burned partially earlier on but it doesn’t happen as much now

Can someone explain to me the logic in giving Godspeed organic speed, when they were already having problems fighting his clones? It makes no sense to me why they would make the villain more powerful, when he had already beaten them with less power? This is part of the reason why I stopped watching the show. Barry and team Flash make the stupidest decisions on an almost bi-monthly basis and it never makes sense.

Once he had the speed, he took all the clones back in so the city was saved. They then put him in Iron Heights. I have no idea why they don't just take his speed from him. But apparently the insane Godspeed is happy with organic speed and no freedom.

Thawne because everything he does is to ruin Barry but, he’s not as scary as the other two 4. Godspeed who could’ve been a lot scarier if they made August the real Godspeed sooner and gave him more screen time, and time to beat on the flash
