first stretch you tell people to hold their shin, while yourself are holding your foot. this puts alot of stress on your ankle. also you sould keep your knees together, your hips forward and your chest up for a better stretch

wow thank you for this video, i began inline skating a few days ago but i wanted to start years ago but i just didnt have the confidence to begin. Im 22 years old and i hope im not too late to become a pro skater soon. I bet this video will help me with my balance and confidence. Much appreciation and thanks from the netherlands!

Muy instructivo el vídeo, enhorabuena! Sólo una cosa, hace muchos años que se sabe que estirar la musculatura antes del ejercicio perjudica al comportamiento normal del músculo durante el patinaje. En su lugar, lo recomendado sería estiramientos dinámicos o movilidad articular. Un saludo y seguid subiendo vídeos así que nos ayudan mucho ;)
