Arkham Origins multiplayer should either be remasters or made into a new project adding to what was. It was so much fun and such a great concept actually executed really well in my opinion

Tell me right now if a remastered or updated version of this came out today and it had the Arkham characters controlling how they used to that it wouldn’t have a crazy player base if it was done right. New playable characters, more gangs and leaders. It would straight up be Battlefront but Arkham lol. The real issue imo was the servers. It would take forever to start a game bc you needed almost a totally full lobby. I feel like today something like that wouldn’t be an issue given how many similar concepts exists and this wouldn’t be some side project attached to a single player game it could be totally expanded on and become so much more than what it was back then. But it would have to be done right and DC be struggling

Same! I wish PS3 had PS4/PS5’s built-in capture card cause I had so many epic moments in matches I never got to save! Arkham Origins on PlayStation Plus Premium still doesn’t let you take advantage of the built-in capture card on PS5.
I honestly feel like the knightfall and the long halloween suit should have been in arkham knight and if the rumors are true and hopefully they are i hope that when you do the takedown where batman goes up in the air while wearing the knightfall suit maybe instead of taking them out with batarangs maybe they could make it as lasers just a cosmetic change and not actually killing them just something i would like to see

The OG Arkham: Origins suit is my all-time favorite Bat suit. The story it tells, without saying anything at all, is that we're experiencing a Batman who has yet to figure everything out. A Batman whose uncertain about what types of goons or supercriminals that he may run into, and so he just prepared for everything all at once to play it safe. It's armored and tactical without looking like Ironbat(man) like in Knight. This suit evokes Batman the enforcer. Another nice touch is that every part of the suit looks useful in some way. The spikes on his gauntlets very much look like tactical knives, which he can use to cut ropes and lines as well as carve through subpar armor (hockey pads). His cowl is a helmet, which unlike in Asylum and City, looks very much like it could protect his head from bats to bullets. Obviously his chest plate provides protection to his trunk. The heavy armor plates on his legs are an especially nice touch as a good, strong blow or bullet to the thigh would put him out of commission very easily. Then, of course, his boots provide protection for his knees, lower legs and feet, but also look light enough not to slow him down too much in combat. I also like the design of his utility belt. I've always liked Batman wearing a pocket belt to keep his gadgets in, which this belt is, but it also has two canisters, which while I'm not sure what they're used for, seem pretty practical. Perhaps they contain medicine or electrolyte solution for those long nights when he's unable to take a break. It's just a very cool, well-designed and thought-out suit. I really wish that a suit like this would appear in live action.
The Batman Noel, Earth 2 (original), and Arkham Origins (default) suits are personally my favorites in the game. The Earth 2 suit looks truly armored. The Noel suit almost combines elements of a cloak and leather armor into Batman’s suit, and I love it.
As much as I love Batman, I honestly wouldn’t mind if WB Games made a whole new game for a hero that hasn’t had one. I’d love to see a Green Arrow game, with the setting of Star City.
@@JJS595 Correct, I honestly would just love to see some other DC heroes join the Arkhamverse, aside from Batman characters. Building up to a DC gaming universe would be an awesome addition.
The One Million suit is insane, I love it! I never got to use that too back in the day, but now that I have a PC, I might check out the mod to get it. Wish Arkham Knight had this suit!
To me Arkham origins is a very underrated game, the main costume, story, and voice acting stand out to me. I even think some of the boss fights are better than some of the ones in the other games.
I rather dare not use the suit after how the Riddler mocks Batman for have mistaken halloween for christmas. It just makes you silly roaming around with that suit.
Origins sold well below the other Arkham titles. A remaster is unlikely. The only chance it would have, is if it was bundled in with the others. WB had that chance to include it, and they chose not to.
Batman Arkham Origins is goated in my opinion. Best character designs and I always enjoy the early years of Batman's career, when he's still earning his stripes and the public's trust.
the XE suit is in my top 3 Batman skins. Love how it looks (and badass with that mouth covered). The suit is designed to go against Mr Freeze but seeing it so beafy.. it can be cool vs Bane too :D
I love the Arkham games. They are so special to me. I wouldn’t have gotten to be a Batman fan if not for these games. I remember learning about all the characters from the character bios in Arkham asylum
Hopefully in the Remake or Remaster, we can get the One Million suit without WBID. I tried getting it while I was playing Origins through PS Now but it didn't work.

I've never really liked the red son suit so I was kind of surprised when Gotham by gaslight was lower. I love the old timey feel it has and it fits really well with the era of Gotham the game is set in. Personally, I love the brightest day suit, especially with the snow, I just think in general I wish it was kind of like blackest night suit where it had the lantern logo over a bat symbol. Not a criticism of the suit in game, just wish the designers of the look went with that. And I agree about the earth 2 suit, definitely underrated. Edit: And as an Xbox guy, I am yet again annoyed at the exclusives. Knightfall is so badass and we've gotten adam west batman 2 times and both times it was exclusive. It's cold man.
Was really excited to see this video and god I agree whole-heartedly with the Long Halloween suit! It is my go to for this game since I got it on PC a while back, the blue, the cowl, the cape, it all meshes so so well and I can’t wait to see something attempt to take on that suit!
The Sale and Loeb Batman run is definitely my favourite for so many reasons, whether it be the art itself or compelling characters and story it is definitely up there with the best Batman runs in my opinion.

All 4 Arkham games are great, but there is not a single moment in any of the others that gives me goosebumps like the whole "A man's strength is defined not just by brawn and intelligence, but also by his allies" scene, WB Montreal just killed it with the cinematics.
Wasn’t there also a suit that was basically unobtainable due to poor coding that was “Batman as criminals see him” where he looked like some kind of shadow demon.
I think Batman Arkham Origins would be more popular if it was 1.) Remastered, 2.) Backwards Compatible, or 3.) Able to be purchased digitally. For whatever reason, you have to have a disc to play this game which is rather weird and makes the game more unappreciated due to the fact that a lot of people can't even play the game.
Well, it fits one of your points since the Backwards compatibility is available on Xbox one and Series X/S and if i recall correctly you can also play it on PS4 and 5 thanks to a subscriptions for old gens games.
Controversially this is actually my favourite Arkham game and in honest contention for favourite video game. Love the story and how it's told, love the atmosphere, love the boss fights (deathstroke = greatest boss fight of all time) and the combat isn't as good as Knight but a small step up from city
I remember when there was supposed to be the nightmare suit that I wished that they fixed and added it in to the game can you imagine the poor souls getting 100 percent just to do that and to not get it
I'm glad at least a couple suits from this carried over to Arkham Knight. The black version of the Origins skin was one of my favorites to use in Knight.
There’s a mod that makes the long Halloween suit black and grey, , changes the bat symbol and changes the cape to a traditional Arkham cape. Makes the suit feel like a proto version of the asylum suit
I watched a playthrough of Arkham City with the BTAS skin and, before that, tried to do the same with a playthrough of Arkham Origins with the Long Halloween skin; but whereas the cutscenes in Arkham City that do not allow an alternate skin for Batman CAN not allow the alternate skins, the cutscenes in Arkham Origins that do not allow an alternate skin for Batman CAN allow the alternate skins but simply do not (not CANnot, DO not), and it just sucks. Well, then again, WB Montreal was copying the gameplay mechanics of City instead of doing what Rocksteady - and, more importantly, Paul Dini (speaking of which, do you have a video in which you contemplate what Paul Dini's plan was for the Arkham series after City? If not, can you make one?) - would have done.
7:03 in the dlc itself, Batman says that the suit uses honeycomb paneling. So, he isn't encumbered in any way by the "weight" (or lack thereof) of the suit.
I've been in an Arkham mood recently so I decided to play Origins again. I can't believe I neglected the Long Halloween suit for so long. It looks incredible! You said this is the best suit in the Arkham franchise and I totally agree! I'm a sucker for the blue and grey color scheme, I like the long ears, and it just feels like classic Batman. I wish it had made it's way to Arkham Knight. I felt like most of the Arkham Knight suits were trying to be too unique. I would've loved to have had a more classic style like this one! Plus Knight takes place ON Halloween! How could they forget/ignore this suit?! Anyway, I'm playing through Arkham Origins now with the suit! Sadly you can't do a first run with costumes normally, but that's what console commands are for! I was even able to do the first mission at Blackgate with the suit.

im pretty sure they don’t count but the suits used in arkham city were in the multiplayer if i remember correctly, including the base suit for arkham city itself. if they were on the list where would they be?
Not only is this my favorite Batman game, it's one of my favorite Batman adaptations in media across all of them. It is extremely underappreciated, and I really wish WB Montreal would have gotten a chance to make another set between Origins and Asylum adapting Knightfall that would have been awesome, especially since Knightfall has hardly been adapted in anything despite how famous it is.
I used to think that the azreal suit was better than the long Halloween suit, but now that I have the game and have taken a closer look at both suits, I can confidently say that the long Halloween suit is way better and is what I think Batman should look like at all times and due to this, that suit will be the suit I use for my FIRST EVER new game+ play through
