Even if you take away all the controversy surrounding the game, it's still quite simply uninteresting. WW2 games are great because they are based on REAL events and people have a strong emotional connection to what really happened. When you just do some hodgepodge,, fantasy WW2, you immediately lose the most devoted WW2 FPS players. Vietnam would have been much better. Just think Battlefield V.... V... Vietnam. Instead we got a WW2 game that takes away what was great about WW2. That it actually HAPPENED. COD got away with this simply because its COD and they didn't go so far off the reservation with its setting and story that people would be turned off.

Whiskey Alchemist tbh, cod WW2’s campaign was very good. Great cinematics and great sequences such as Normandy and the battle of the bulge. Although I’ll be honest some of the inaccuracies in multiplayer irked me

When DICE decided to pervert an actual historic even, to include some fictional women, not only are they shitting all over the memory of the British and Norwegian commandos that actually took part in the mission(s). The assassins creed games are fantastic, I've platinumed every AC game on the ps4 and I've never seen a reason to buy microtransactions. I think those complaints are by people who just hate the game. Mario + rabbids is also an excellent game on the switch, well worth the money. I highly recommend assassins creed origins and odyssey and if you have a switch and like xcom style games then Mario + Rabbids is a 9/10 game.

The Assassin's Creed games are generic games with generic characters and a generic plot. Its quite hilarious that after switching from a Prince of Persia clone to a generic RPG clone it still looks and feels the same. Ubisoft are the kings of mediocrity.

I remember the stories my Grandad told me as a kid. He always spoke so proudly about the regiment of bionic samurai women he fought alongside with at Normandy. God could those women fight he said. Urazz I doesnt feel like bf1 imo, the gunplay is way tighter and conquest feels like conquest, give it another few months when they patch stuff up and add new guns and maps and modes and see how the game is doing then, when it builds up more of an identity for itself. But I respect that u atleast saw gameplay and vs people that just jump on the bandwagon of hate and never even see it but say bad things about it.

But they are certainly not happy about the last 5 months performance especially with the current outlook. I seriously doubt most investors have held this since 2012 as well. Most jumped in well after and their returns are far less. And still sporting a PE of 27, EA needs some hits to even justify the current price. This game doesn't look like the hit and revenue bump that investors were hoping for.

Yah. Agreed 100%. Fallout 76 induced rage because I wanted, NEEDED that game to be good. I was so hyped to be able to finally play one of my favorite franchises with my best friend. But sadly, it failed on all levels measurable. I was pissed at Bethesda for cashing in on Fallout 4 assets, with a shameful display of effort. And I feel so bad for my friend, he preordered the ultimate edition pretty much as soon as it was announced. That means he wasted 100's of dollars on something I didnt even buy so we can play. I have a strict, no pre-order policy, ever since my disappointment in Battlefield Hardline. I am sad for him, yet happy for myself that I didnt waste my money. However, Battlefield 5 was a failure AS SOON as it was announced. There was no hype whatsoever for that game. Me and my friend agreed "on its release date" that we wouldn't bother with that game, so we kind of forgot when it was bound to release. There is no rage when when you have no expectations, just mild disappointment.

Perhaps my greatest gripe with this game is the disservice done and disrespect given to the real (not revised or altered PC) HEROES of WW2. It’s a slap in the face to those many men on the frontlines and the many women holding down the fort that made great sacrifices to serve their countries. Shame on DICE and EA.

I think you guys should really addressed the issue of all these Triple A full price games coming out with only half of their content available. The fact that it seems every title that's come out in the last 2 months has seemed rushed incomplete buggy as h*** in all not Triple A quality. It's started with destiny one where they ship an incomplete game and expect you to play it for a year while they finally get everything done and it's only getting worse.
