Today we are giving a twist to a traditional dish BIRYANI. We are going to make it with KEEMA/Chopped Meat with very easy to follow recipe & some neat tricks to make your dish perfect.
INGREDIENTS:-
3 Glasses Rice (2 Cups = 1 Glass)
5LBS Beef Keema
2LBS Peeled Potatoes
2 Cups Cooking Oil
1 Cup Whipped Yogurt
2TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
3 Med Onions (chopped)
6 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
SPICES:-
1 1/2 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 1/2 TBL SPN Salt
1 1/2 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 TBL SPN Garam Masala
1/2 TBL SPN Cumin Powder
1 1/2 Turmeric Powder
2 Bay Leaves
3 Black Cardamom Pods
1 Cinnamon Stick
YELLOIW FOOD COLORING:-
Make the desired amount of SAWAD food coloring, following the instructions from the bottle & add a few drops of LEMON juice, OIL, & a few strands of SAFFRON.
