INGREDIENTS:
3 Glasses Rice (2 cups=1 glass)
5 LBS Lamb Chops
STOCK/YUKHNI
6 Glasses Water
1 TBS Salt
1 TBS Coriander Powder
2 TSP Black Zeera
2 TSP Fennel Seeds
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 TBS Fresh Garlic
2 Green Chilli
2 Black Cardamom Pods
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
10 Black Cloves
1 Medium Onion
5 LBS Lamb Chops
MASALA:
1 1/2 Cup Oil
2 Medium Onions
1 TBS Salt
1 TBS Red Chilli
2 TSP Garam Masala
2 Tomatoes
1 Cup Yogurt (Whipped)
1 Bunch Cilantro
CILANTRO RAITA:
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 Cups Yogurt
2 Green Chili
1 Tsp Salyt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
BLEND IT
KACHUMAR SALAD:
2 Medium Onions
2 Roma Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Lemon
Salt/Pepper to taste
