Hello Everyone!!! Here is a brand new video recipe for delicious Individual Beef Wellingtons. It is a beef recipe that I feature the Instant Pot Pressure cooker ip-duo60 to cook with. Although I do not apply pressure, I still use the instant pot saute function because I love one pot cooking. I also show you the steps on the stove top too so that everyone can make this delicious beef recipe.
Beef Wellington is Filet Mignon that is perfectly seasoned and smothered in mushrooms and onions and wrapped in puff pastry and baked to golden brown perfection. This is such a delicious beef recipe; I hope you give it a try. Beef Wellington also make a great holiday recipe or a special occasion recipe!

Thanks again for another great demonstration, Jason. Doing a Beef Wellington the old fashioned way is a giant pain. This looks to be reasonable, and everyone gets their own perfect little meat pastry. Thinking this would be a great thing to make this coming Holiday season.

I love your videos and your Facebook group.....and your method of doing baby back ribs is my "go to" method (being in an apartment, I can't legally have a grill on the balcony). I haven't had Beef Wellington in years, but I absolutely love it.....thanks for sharing this recipe. I look forward to using it.

Awesome to hear you love the videos and the FB group! I love those ribs too, and I totally understand that everyone lives in certain places where a smoke and a grill are inaccessible and illegal, so this is another reason I wanted to make a rib video for the pressure cooker, so everyone could enjoy some delicious bbq ribs! --- Ive made Beef Wellington the traditional way a bunch of times, but .... I just really like this simple and delicious method better... I like the mushrooms and onions saute instead of finely mincing it up into a pasty spread. But.. Im really glad you enjoyed the video and let me know how it comes out if you decide to make it! ~ Jason

Great video! Can't wait to try this one out! I've never found a better way of doing ribs my friend and the Maui Wowie pulled pork dressed in the pineapple was a huge hit at my place. You never disappoint.

beef wellington has always been one of my favorite dishes, but i've been afraid to make my own, so it's rare that i have it. can you estimate the cost of the ingredients for three of them? thanks.

+PHILLIP KUHLMAN Just did the Ribs and now your on to Beef Wellington! Awesome! So it's one of my favorites as well. estimated for 3 people...I would say $45-50. The Filet Mignon is the main player if you can get it on sale I would say it would be cheaper. Usually 3 (2 1/5 inch) runs me about $20-30 ... then you need puff pasty $5 , a little sherry $8-10, mushrooms and onions $4-5, Dijon $3, some seasonings$5.
