What a great video! I'm so happy that you have been able to attain such great health so early in life. I too eat WFPB while at home but I really need to cool it when I go out of town. Luckily (or unluckily) my city doesn't have any vegan restaurants so that makes it a little easier. Thank you for your openness. It helps people in more ways than you will probably ever know.

Your video has really helped me. I was keto off and on and my weight went from 230 down to 156. Then my mom passed away in March and I started eating to cope. Just 6 weeks ago I started back on keto and developed diverticulitis. I now am on day 3 of Whole Foods plant based no oil. I honestly feel great. I’m actually getting my energy back. And tmi but using the bathroom regularly now. It feels amazing. Still have my roller coaster emotions about my mom but I found that writing her letters actually helps me mentally. Great job girl, I’m definitely in this journey to eat to live.

What a blessing you have discovered the benefits of this lifestyle so young. So wonderful that kidney specialist was seated next to you on that flight. I am close to 50 and just now starting but it's ok everything happens in the right time. I also lost my mom (and dad) so young. 9 with my dad from a heart attack and mom from many health issues (congestive heart failure and ultimately lung cancer) at the age of 25. I am on a journey to live longer and healthier than they did. Your story is inspiring and I'm so glad you have your supportive husband. You are a strong, powerful woman!

OMG, what an amazing back story! I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother! I am sure your mother is looking down at you and is proud of your accomplishments! I had gall bladder surgery at the age of 27 in1978 (6 months to the day before my wedding!) Back then they removed the gall bladder with regular surgery, so I have a long scar. Nowadays they do arthroscopic surgery, which is much less invasive. I love your channel-your recipes are great! And your husband sounds like a perfect match for you! Please continue making these terrific videos, and thanks so much for your back story - I am sure it will inspire plenty of people!

Sorry you went through that with your mom! You are a strong person:) I've tried every diet under the sun and the HCLF plant based is without a doubt the most sustainable. Ive been on this diet then strayed away when I started dating my husband too....gained about 20 lbs. Back on now and am down 10 lbs without one workout done. It works!!
