Hello,
New to Yoga? No worries. Roll out your mat, take a seat and let's move through this flow together. In this practice we are focusing on balance. I will share little tips and tricks with you, that you can use on and off your yoga mat to improve your balance. We will move through a gentle flow, to stretch out a little. Yay!
Starting Yoga can be overwhelming and a little uncomfortable to begin with and that's ok. Keep an open mind, have fun, breathe and remember it's all about how it feels not how it looks.
