In the beginning everyone just concentrated on power , so I have that ko punch , often forgetting what’s going on behind the punch , concentrate on technique first and power will come, so if you want to improve your power.. concentrate on your technique, particularly what your non punching hand is doing to stay as safe as you possibly can
