Do you stretch before or after each workout? I ended up pulling a muscle in my mid back and I’ve been resting my back for a few days now. So I was wondering if you have some tips to help prevent injury and or strengthening workouts after a injury? Awesome videos! Thank you!

Retired, now, so I’ve been developing my own: Maintenance Training, or, what we called ‘Left Ventricular Remodeling 😊 (I’m 68 years old). When you do what you do. Are you doing it at a: beginner, intermediate, or advanced level? And. I know that ‘goals’ are important, but ‘strategy’ super-cedes it. In your opinion. Which one is more sustainable over the long run and provides more benefits: (a) fewer sets with more reps; or, (b) more sets with fewer reps. For example: you did 9 Burpees in 30 seconds. Can you comment on this, or, any other one on this video. Always a pleasure following you. Its all about the learning. Thank You.
