This is Bangladeshi style porota, sold everywhere in the morning time in Bangladesh. In India, I heard people calling them lacha paratha, bcz their typical porotas are made without twisting. The reasons yours is not roti, is because roti is plain, and rolled only once. The twist you made to make it flaky and shook it at the end to give it the flaky texture is Bangladeshi style Porota, or Indian lacha Paratha.

Skin ya teeth and keep it moving. Never let them haters stop you, that's their job, hate. Darkness comes in all different shape and sizes. They spread hate as a reflection of their own personal life and experiences bc they are miserable. Keep teaching and remember that knowledge is meant to be shared.
