Great video! I've had a gym membership at this gym for a few months now, but I haven't been because I didn't have the drive to go plus I didn't know what to do or how to start. Now I know what to do and how not to kill my back lol

Can you please do a workout routine for beginners at home. Going to be a student want to become stronger in my body but won’t have the money for a training membership. So please make a home workout with no equipment or only dumbbells. Thank you so so much

is it okay if I worked out 3 times a week (full-body, upper body, lower body) Or all 3 days better be full body?

That’s a good split for beginners. My splits are lower body(quads focused), upper body, upper body, lower body(hamstrings focused) and full body.

Depends on your goals! If you're trying to build strength and muscle then doing a split works. If not then 3 full body workouts are perfect!
