I find it horrific that Catherine didn't know just how much Donna was/is still loved. All because of 1 idiot journalist claiming her character from the Christmas episode was "hated".

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Catherine twice and what a lot of people don’t understand about her is she is quite self deprecating. She is really not aware of how talented she is and tends to feel like an imposter I don’t think she has ever felt like she belongs to be treated as a celebrity. I hate it when she does shows where they make fun of her for her misunderstandings about the show. But she never gets upset about it and the person talking ends up looking like a bully and she just has the ability to laugh at herself so ultimately the joke is on them.

39:53 Not only was I one of those kids doing that the Monday after, I had the most perfectly timed school trip that very Monday! We went a theatre in the round for a behind the scenes tour. Standing on the stage with all the lights shining down on us, I realised we all had multiple shadows blurted out “Vashta Nerada!” Next thing you knew there were a bunch of kids doing that zombie-esque walk. Blimey that’s a good memory, seeing David and Catherine together again has given me that same childhood excitement!

I have a hopeless crush on this series. I mean like a school girl! I hear that theme and my heart beats faster, I get that lump in the throat, and actually sometimes I feel so shy that I can’t watch amongst others. It actually feels transgressive, taboo.

One of my favorite things about s4 qas when donna and martha meet, they arent jealous and bickering for 2/3 of the episode like Rose and Sarah jane did.

@@Dano_116 were they even released on the blurays? XD i know they’re on some of the DVDs, but they’re shortened and missing some bits mainly because of the music etc, copyright innit 😭

yeah it would have been cute but contradictory to the point of the story which was that everything was leading directly to Donna unavoidably. It was kind of the opposite really because in Partners in Crime the Doctor wasn't trying to avoid Donna he was doing it by accident but after she had to "die" he was trying to avoid her and Time had other plans.

Nothing and no one will ever get any better than David Tennant, who is the 10th Doctor, Meta-Crisis 10th Doctor and 14th Doctor!!! David Tennant is forever the BEST!!! Both 10th Doctor, Meta-Crisis 10th Doctor and 14th Doctor are like fire🔥and ice❄️and rage😡. They’re like the night, and the storm in the heart of the sun. They’re ancient and forever. They burn at centre of time and they can see the turn of the universe. And they’re wonderful. I really hope for, and love to see 10th Doctor, Meta-Crisis 10th Doctor and 14th Doctor meet each other! The same problem as all "space suit" filming... lights inside the helmet make no sense at all, since they blind the wearer, but you need them to show the actor's face (I've been saying that since the Viper pilot helmets in "Battlestar Galactica" in the '70s)... ;-)

The Doctor’s daughter was in the episode the Doctor Daughter’s and played the Doctor’s daughter and now the Doctor’s daughter married the doctor and had their… son ; I used to love telling that to people when I was younger. So glad to see one of my favorite doctor’s back in Doctor Who! Can’t wait to watch the 60th anniversary💙

@@kamsitheprinceAre you serious? the Second Doctor which Pat Troughton portrayed from 1966 to 1969. Doctor Who originally had 26 seasons beginning in 1963 and ended in 1989, then a movie was made in the 1990s/broadcasted in 1996, then the show came back in 2005 and has been continuing to this day.
