This is literally my favorite Belle scene. Everything she said was with so much power and authority and truth. I almost died laughing when she told Rumple she didn't care that he was sleeping with the evil queen. It was amazing.

See, but that's not a good thing. Seven seasons, 100+ episodes, and the relationship between Rumple and Belle never changed; Never evolved or got better. Rumple would still do evil and underhanded things just to fulfill some selfish need or desire of his and lie to Belle in the process. And there's Belle who would be furious with him and say that she was done with him, but then forgive him and go back to him after two or three episodes. Nothing ever got better between the two of them, they just kept going through the same cycle every season. That, to me, is the exact definition of a toxic relationship. Which is also why I was never a fan of Rumbelle.
@@Elaini.Young24 I'm glad it got better after season 6 kinda. Even though Rumple still did selfish shit to get what he wanted he eventually sacrificed himself for good and was able to be at peace, no resurrections this time.

I think the thing that I love most about this scene is that' it's taking Belle's refrain that she's repeated all this time that Rumple can be good and twisting it so that instead of it being Belle's excuse for staying with him, it's finally what pushes her to be done. Belle has spent six seasons acting as both Rumple's lover AND his life coach, constantly reminding him that he can be a good man and that's why she's there for him: because she believes in his goodness even if he doesn't give her that much proof that he's good. This turns that belief on its head and finally allows Belle to step away from him and be her strongest. She knows that he can be good but she's no longer willing to coach him through it because he's no longer willing to try. It's really a liberating scene and I applaud the writers for giving Belle this moment of quiet strength in doing such a difficult thing.
She goes back with him anyways so who cares the story of these two makes me nauseous so toxic and abusive she knew who he was when she banished him yet she still had his kid. After season 4 I used to get mad when I’d see them on my screen
Love Belle and Rumple's relationship when they've got it going, but then at times like this I feel like it's how someone is trying to save a partner who's an addict. In this case, Gold's addiction is power, and Belle's done all she can to keep him from falling over the edge. :'/
Oh, Zelena when will you learn! Who else KNEW the EQ would betray her sister? This all proves that Regina was never the half that Zelena was jealous of, it was the EQ. And who was the catalyst of their rivalry? Rumple. So, it makes perfect sense it would happen again.
Not to split hairs but they're separated and live apart. When they separated the first time, Belle had gotten with Will after only 6 weeks. And Belle made the decision at the beginning of season 6 that she wasnt going back with Rumple. She walked away from him. I respect Rumple that he was trying to stay away and give her her space. He was also under the impression that things were over for him and Belle. Not seeing the cheating here. Other then that. Rumple and Belle have good points. Both are hurting, both have made mistakes.
He’s the Dark One plus he’s twisted plus he’s an anti-hero/anti-villain (there’s a switcheroo sometimes) What did u expect? I mean although he was technically destined to be the Savoir he’s still the Dark One also a trickster. He’s a wild card character

Will, presumably at whatever point of the timeline Wonderland lines up with, is also dealing with heartbreak and betrayal of True Love as well. They have a much better relationship that I would have liked to see go further, if not for Scarlet Queen
I love how strong she is in this scene. I mean she’s always been strong. But this is just such a badass scene. Reminds me of my own relationship 😅 don’t worry, we got our happy ending. It just took a few years.
Heya Dearies just an update, so for the past few weeks or so, we've seen a lot of (hopefully random) viewers that has been reporting our videos for copyright claims to Disney. Once again, our main aim of uploading these clips is to allow Oncers who can't get hold of the eps right away (season not yet available in their countries etc.) to catch up on key scenes and for edit makers to create their form of fan vids. We do not upload all scenes from the eps or we claim that these clips are ours by watermarking our videos. We thought we should give an update just n case anyone of our loyal subscribers start to question. See, this is why I like Rumple's story. I think its a very *Human* story. "Its not evil. Its just being too weak to be Good." OOOF. How many atrocities, how many terrible moments in human history, are the result of ordinary, otherwise decent people, simply being too weak to be any better? Often we excuse historical atrocities, on the grounds that "We can't judge by todays standards", or "It was a different time." Despite knowing that, if you look hard enough, you will always find people, who DID fight against such things. It wasn't impossible to do the right thing. But it was much much harder. And THOSE people, were strong enough to do right. The rest, weren't *evil*. They were weak. And you still see it today. Disenfranchised people getting swept along by whatever populist movement comes to town. Drug addicts, damaging the family that tries to help them. Ordinary people getting caught up in the racist rhetoric, or the manufactured outrage of whatever the latest "Other" is. Its not hard. Its not Orcs and Nazgul, Sith Lords and Inquisitors. That's not what real evil is, not really. Only very rarely does real Evil come to town. Only very truly rarely does pure evil emerge. And when it does, that's very easy to fight. Its very easy to condemn pure evil. The regular day to day problems, caused and experienced by millions every day, isn't by Evil Queens and Dark Ones. Its by ordinary people, too weak to do better. They aren't bad people. Not all of them. But they are weak. Its *easy* to get caught up in the first group that promises you a taste of power. The first to tell you "Don't worry about your failings, because YOU because of your race/religion/nationality etc are **Inherently** better." Rumple is a classic story of weakness and addiction. Magic is his poison; Power. It calls to him, and he can't let it go. He *Knows* it'll kill him in the end. He knows, Intellectually, WHAT he needs to do. He isn't stupid. Constantly darkening his heart, runs the risk of unleashing the Dark One unrestrained and he KNOWS what that'll do. His darkness is illogical, self destructive, and hurts everything he cares about: And he does care about some things and some people. He knows what the right decision is. But he can't quite bring himself to make it. Not until the very end. And that's a very human, very relatable failing. Not like Supervillains, or Dark Lords that want to crush everything the name of darkness. But personal, repetitive, weakness. Its very relatable, because whilst we can barely imagine crushing the hearts of our enemies, we ALL have experienced our own weakness.
I swear Rumbelle is so real...the love, the hope, the honesty, and the secrets hidden between the two. To me, they seem like a real couple on the show who do have their own agenda to accomplish but are really struggling to keep what real between them and themselves. If they kept their relationship closed off from the other character on the show, they will be fine. But that will also be boring in the writer's view. I hope these two find their happiness together. I just hope T-T
This is why they should actually use the law then.And not whatever they are using. Let discuss the law and what it can do to help Belle when she with someone she can trust, who knows what there doing. She can file for a divorce, file for child custody after her baby is born since the mother is the primal caregiver. Have a restraining order placed upon her husband for protection of her child. Finally actually leave Storybrooke with her child, not having to worry about her ex-husband. This would be time consuming, a lot of money spent for a lawyer. If magic isn't involved. I'm sure Belle can win.
Belle is more idiot in this season... nothing that she said makes sense with the Rumbelle history.. I mean.. she knows everything about Rumple past, and said that now.. I don't no... she is wrong too now..
She gave one photo of their baby, she still love's him, and breaks up all this for a trouble, this isn't what a good couple does, this is what kids does, cry for problems, but implore for he change that way..
Rodrigo Nadur He won't change, he's even admitted he will never change. And now Belle knows it too, which is why she can't be with him. Her giving him that sonogram picture, was not out of love for him, but out of pure respect for him as the baby's father. And if he had not pulled that whole shears act, he probably would have gotten more pictures, but he didn't. Because like so many other times, he makes other people's decsions for them instead of having them figure things out for themselves. And for Belle that was the last straw; the fact that he couldn't get past his own fear of not being loved, that he would manipulate his sons life in order to make sure he did. For Belle that was enough, that is what finally made her see that there has never been a man behind the beast, there's only been a beast.
This isn't love, If you love someone, you accept this person, and in the episode 5x10 she breaks all because he is good, the most episode, the Belle is not makes sense, understand, they destroyed Belle

Out of all the time Belle's got on him about all the evil things he's done and this is the one time she got his number perfectly right. She knows her man, snap.
I don’t know about y’all but I couldn’t stand either one of these two after season 4. The writers not only completely canned rumple’s redemption arc WHICH WAS GENUINE after season three but like.. after season three this became such a toxic and abusive relationship I felt nothing when seeing these two on the screen after awhile I DIDNT EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR HAPPY ENDING IN SEASON 7 just didn’t care at all they didn’t deserve one together. The fact they made her have a baby with him and then she was gonna run away and he was still conniving… it was so gross they completely screwed “rumbelle” up bad

Rumple's "Zelena" at the end is so unintentionally hilarious to me. His entire worldview is breaking as he's being confronted by the consequences of his actions and literally his only coping mechanism to blame the woman who was mildly responsible for Belle showing up at his shop at that time.
The only thing that bothers me is that Belle still insists that she wants Rumple involved in their sons life, i think she should finally just tell him she wants nothing to do with him anymore, I mean after all Rumple has done and now with the queen. I think it's time for belle to let it end before she gets hurt again.
Rumple without Belle, is the real villain of the OUAT.. i mean.. the most powerfull dark one, no one kills him.. The OUAT need to have Belle together to Rumple to make sense yet.

It still possible for him hurt her somehow. I do hope he fails and would give up. I don't want Zelena to die. She's come so far, especially having a baby.

Why would Zelena even go to Rumple's shop? Does she not fucking remember Rumple and Peter Pan kidnapping her and using her as leverage against Hades? Does Rumple not remember or care that Zelena caused his son's death and the only reason he was forced to make a deal with her was because he was dying of heart failure in a hospital? He should've had Mr. Hyde kill Zelena...
"Really? Then what's wrong with your neck?" That makes no fucking sense...the reason Zelena isn't green is because she's in a Land Without Magic. Same reason Rumple's skin isn't gold and Snow White's hair isn't long. The Dark Curse Snow enacted in Season 3 resets everybody trapped in it.
Even though there's magic there, they're all still under the Dark Curse. It's why Archie isn't a cricket, Rumple isn't green, and Snow White has her short hair. It's also why Zelena isn't green.
Just think about it The Evil Queen and Rumple would see each other as attractive because they are the darkest sides of each other. They're both as twisted and bad and that could turn anyone on. To know that you could be the darkest part of yourself and not be judged but encourage! Hell yeah! I ship the FUCK OUT OF THIS!!!
Damn right! It could have worked for a while as long as they're useful to each other. But they would never have trusted each other and sooner or later the evil queen would have tried to outsmart Rumple or he would have killed her. I also. In fact, there wasn't this chemistry between Robert and Lana, but between Robert and Emilie, right from the start. So why is there no passion between Rumpel and Belle, why do you get the impression that elementary school students are kissing? Why is he so gentle with her? With every other woman (besides Milah) Rumpel/Gold shows more passion... Of course, the roles are written that way. Emilie was just 25 when the show started, Robert 50. A lot of men that age have certain fantasies and more passion might have led to problems 😉. Perhaps Robert was like a fatherly friend to Emilie. In any case, there was this special chemistry between these two and possibly Robert couldn't play the relationship between Rumpel and Belle in any other way.... Well, these are just my thoughts...
Oh yeah, I ship the two of them too. I mean, just in the non kissing scenes when Rumple and Regina are exchanging dialogue, they were amazing! They had a power play going from season 1 and honestly I wish they had explored it more. I'm also rather anti-Belle too. Her kind of love is too blackmailing for my taste.
Sorry Rumbelle fans, I ship Rumple and Evil Queen the most. They would have made a perfect evil couple and I love seeing their brief time together here!
Easy for you to say, Belle, when you've never had to make a tough choice your entire life. When you've grown up in the lap of luxury with kind and loving friends and family supporting you at every step. Not to mention that I am 100% on Rumpel's side about using the Shears of Destiny. I can't stand all this fate and destiny bullshit, I'll take free will and a completely random, unknowable future any day of the week over some preordained Saviour crap that I have no choice about.
