What actually happens is at the top of the jump you are momentarily weightless. At the bottom of the jump acceleration increases the pull of gravity on your body. Depending on how high you jump you may feel 1.1 to 2 G’s. Every cell, not just the muscles are exercised in this way. I’ve been doing this everyday for the past 18 years and, at 69 years young, I’m still active, riding my bicycle, racing BMX with my grandsons, swimming, skiing and playing golf.

@@tomfinn6579 fantastic. I got mine not more then a month ago w the goal of 10 min in mind. Very doable. Whether it is a warm up or cold down or more intense or just lazy relaxed bouncing, love it. I was surprised after a 10 min intense interval training style I did following a trainer on RU-vid I could feel my muscles sore the next day lol. I wish you good health and happy holidays 😊

Can you run or run fast? Sprinting?
@tomfinn6579
@tomfinn6579 2 года назад
@@taajbarnett2976 You could run in place like you could do on the floor but you won’t get the benefit of actually bouncing and I really don’t see any benefit of trying to run in place on the trampoline except that it would be easier on your joints than running in place on the floor. Sprinting wouldn’t work because you have to wait for the trampoline to come back up every step and it takes too long.

Very happy for you! This is so encouraging to me. I just received my Bellicon on 2/22/24 and have been doing ten to fourteen minutes of health bouncing twice a day. I’m 72 and in remission from lymphoma and quite overweight. I have severe chronic fatigue and balance issues. Hopefully, I will improve these problems. Regardless, I do already feel happier following bouncing while playing music I enjoy.

I do not have a bellicon (now I wish I did). I got my rebounder less than two weeks ago 7/22/2023. I have peripheral neuropathy on both legs, rotorootered twice, right leg has a stent, surgeon said he can't do a third. I have had difficulty walking up a small hill (700 steps per I phone, 1400 RT, resting every 100 steps on the uphill, with pain in my calves). Was unsteady on the rebounder and lasted 2 minutes the first time. Kept at it with a lot of rest time in between,. Since I started on the rebounder, (now 15 mins) I walked further up the hill today (8600 steps RT). I did not experienced pain in my calf, and only two stops for a drink of water. I am hooked and I will tell all who would listen this helped me, hope it would help others too

Most important fact : it is effective if you stay in contact instead of jumping up then landing. Any pulsing movement is beneficial. Use the heel and the toe to alter the effect. Remember to think vertical wobble not leap. Especially for older citizens who may even need a rail for support. Think of Ballet Dancers warming up at the Barre in front of the mirror.
@belliconGmbHenglish
@belliconGmbHenglish 2 года назад
That it is correct, that lightly bouncing and keeping contact with the mat on the mini trampoline already has positive effects. The training should be adapted to the personal health & fitness condition of each user, and even just lightly exercising on the trampoline can help a lot! All the best, Your bellicon team

I agree.I havent bought a trampolines het but after reading the benefits Ive started rebounding myself on my artificial grass wearing my barefoot shows.Ive found a way to simulate mynlinfatic and fascia.I Bounce on my heels very fast short bounces with my toes not leaving the floor completely relxed.The achiles tendón IS really a trampolines that counteracts any force.I know this cause when I was younger(Im 41) I did extensive research and training on how to develop vertical leap for basketball.And while strengh in the muscles involved IS a way of increasing vertical leap there IS an alternativa that involved turning your ankles and knees into a trampolines just like the masái tribes in africa.their traditional dance involved high junps in place.overtime with repetition your ankles and knees behave like a trampoline containing the force of Gravity and using that same force to propell you upwards.I remember once my tendons learned that pattern I could make dunks for a whole hour and just left the court cause I was bored of It not tired.I just took a small run to build some aceleration after the small run I simply conected thenrun with a very brief smooth stop.after that I didnt have to conciously jump Up or tighten Up my legs like a squat.I simply replaced like the trampoline and mynlegs propelled me to the time effortlessly.so back to rebounding for health benefits...after the20-30 fast bounces on my toes moving only my heels not leaving the floor then I LOVE to longer jumps.this time I do leave the floor and theres an Air phase where I relax my body in the Air.I use my whole foot for the landing and I alow my knees to bend slightly and I keep mynlegs replaced all through the jumps.arms too.its not a jump in a fitness way,think more of asleed tired drink jump with your arms hanging down not helping you .I forgot tonsay when I do the little bounces on my heels I lift my arms Up and down skowly to increase circulation in the upper body.I find It hemos activate the linfatic system.when you combine Both movés the small bounces on your calves not leaving the floor raising your arms Up ndown..folowed by the relaxed jumps using your legs like a trampoline...its when the Magic happens.circulation and nervous system IS activated not only cause of the bouncing but the Rythm pattern and intensity change.the first exercise IS fast and light while the second IS slower but more weight to counterforce and the added Air phase.I feel my calves pumping Blood the first one like charging my circulation and then the second one sends It throuout the body.thd calves are consideres the second heart.

@@Emivioricomex Well it was 40" Homcom rebounder / mini trampoline. The steel frame was solid and overall quality very good. But I used it only a few times, because I rent only a tiny place and the floor is squeaky. After storing it flat I sold it as used/good as new. But I used to go to the trampoline park where I become too confident and hurt my back badly 🤦 still tiny rebounder is a great idea, bouncing is really funny and it can be a vigorous exercise if you push it. Not far from where I live, I found an outdoor playground with a kind of trampoline, during the summer when there were no kids around I took over 😅

Hi Krystle Short and sweet: The bellicon is a German made, lifelong training companion with extremely high quality standards for all materials and components. 😊 What makes the bellicon so unique as a mini trampoline is the wide variety of configuration options. This means that the bellicon can always be adapted to personal needs (body weight, health complaints, training goals) and every component can be reordered and replaced at home without the need of tools. The soft bounce that our innovative bungees allow are unique to bellicon and need to be tried to be believed. 😉💓 You can find more information on our website ➡️ link.bellicon.com/welcome_bellicon If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our service team at info@bellicon.co.uk or +44 203 488 9390. Any well made rebounder works. I'm 73 and have had two inexpensive rebounders since my late 30s early forties. I dont use them all of the time because when feeling well I walk or use a vibration platform. At the moment I'm suffering from long covid, 2yrs nearly. I was wiped out physically and certainly cldn't exercise. My balance isn't what it was. Got back gingerly on my rebounder a few weeks ago. Nothing strenuous but now I have moved on to jogging on it as my balance is better. I'm still suffering from long covid and have been warned not to do too much. It's as hard or easy as you make it but you don't need an expensive one.

He also usually links to studies to back up everything he asserts. Maybe be a little less judgmental. TOO DISTRACTING I’m going to buy a Bellicon but I have to say this… Have you ever had a conversation with someone while their hand is waving back-and-forth in front of your face? That’s what it was like trying to listen to the narrator while that hand was darting back-and-forth pretending to draw the pictures. Please just keep it simple. Nice simple graphics with a nice simple message. The narrator did a great job but the visuals definitely need work. The other thing that was so distracting was seeing the guy bouncing on the trampoline too fast. Just slow it down so people can focus on the message. The astronaut bouncing at the end was also kind of dumb. The whole NASA angle could’ve been presented in a much more credible way. Thanks and all the best on doing new videos. -Lorne Holman in Calgary Canada 🇨🇦
