He is one of the first ones to call out Trump's failures and gave a legal analysis on day 1 of the first of the most recent 4? indigtments that Trump was likely going to be found guilty for multiple reasons which he has often laid out. I've subbed to him for years and Ben has never been a Trump fan and often criticized him while in power and especially now. He focuses on the 'political targetting' aspect lately, which ignores the crimes, but he is a lawyer and was among the first to say Trump is probably going to be found guilty on a number of these latest indigtments especially the one where he shows off top secret documents to the journalist.
