Hey you guys heard rumours about a potential new ben ten series in the making which will be on the main timeline? Duncan has been teasing it since last year and many youtubers have been making video on that topic........and accoding to me ben ten storyline wasnt complete yet when omniverse ended.......it even appeared on the list of upcoming projects list of Cn max studios and wikipedia tooo.......... Kuro can you confirm it? And is cartoon network shutting down? Cuz there are rumours about that too .......if its true i am seriously gonna cry
I know why they call it the Ultimate Kevin form, since it's during the ultimate alien arc, but I always thought it would have been more interesting that instead of becoming the basic alien force aliens, he instead became a fusion of the ultimate aliens that Ben has. With power like that you could have had quite the fight, and explain why that is enough for Kevin to beat Aggregor. Butttttt, you could also use that as a way to explain Kevin's 180 change in personality, as ultimate aliens are created by putting the DNA thourgh a simulation of a "worst-case scenario" for about a million years or so. That would provide instincts that make the aliens more aggressive or dangerous, and Kevin being a pile of them could cause a nasty side affect to be much more negative in his personality.
I agree, I would of loved it if he had a few ultimate alian parts like the wreaking ball tail of U humungasaur, the wooden like arm of U swamp fire, or even the red fire wings of U big chill. Also I know he dosent have any alian x because of the lock out program, it would of been so cool if he had some stary patterns somewhere on his body
The current roster before this episode is like Humungasaur Big chill Swamp fire Cannonbolt Spider monkey So a fusion of those 5 would be interesting though probably needs a few more aliens to really look like a mutation Edit:just remembered Echo Echo, so that’s a decent amount but still add a few more in there like some andromeda aliens and the new Alien Force Season 3 in there. Andromeda could come in after absorbing aggregor going on top of some bare portions of the particular design
I love Kuro's side tangents so much, just like 5 minutes if him editing a small clip that I'm sure took way too long in real time to do. This sorta thing is why I love these
I love how Stinkfly and Wild Mutt were the only Aliens to keep their original voices from classic to Omniverse. Since Dee has been in every incarnation of the show.
28:40 Paradox knew Ben was gonna lean against the barrier so he probably gave young Ben the same magic bs he gave the others. I kind of wish rath had been in this episode. A “let me tell you something aggregor” would be great.
Byt the line where he said Gwen's butt was big was just, are they trying to get Classic Ben to insult Teen Gwen or have her be -I'm gonna stop because I just realised the Bwen shippers my go insane Edit:32 likes GOD DAYUM
"Looks like they teleported back to Alien Force" "He's so authentic they even included the wrong button error" Kuro has some witty one liners in this one
37:15 you know, if we really sit back and think about it for a moment, in this scene Greg is pretty rightfully justified at being pissed at Ben here; just think about it for a second: if you spent all this effort, time, resources, energy, possibly even your own moral conscience into this one big endeavor which has allowed you do the impossible, that is, getting to the Forge of Creation, and then you find this other dude just chilling out there as if it was nothing........ well, it would crrtainly leave you in a pretty uppity state
One reason I agree that this should've been a two parter is literally the ending fight. For something that is meant to be the payoff to a critically important arc, the ending fight feels not only rushed, but also damaging to Ben's competence as a fighter. I like the resolution of Kevin absorbing Greg's power, but no significant damage had been done until Ultimate Kevin rears his head. Here's how I think it should have gone down: The brawl starts, and Kevin tanks a massive hit early on, knocking him out for the fight. Classic Ben, Current Ben, and Gwen then pick up the slack, but it's really a brawl between Greg and the Bens with some magic support. The Bens go ALL OUT with Greg, pushing well beyond their limits and keeping pace with him as best as they can, pulling every stop they have. Greg is outpacing them, but they are just being as annoying and persistent as possible to keep wearing him down no matter what he does. Even if we don't go to the lengths of Current Ben using the andromeda 5 transformations, he and Classic are doing everything they can to not give an inch, and they are succeeding at stalling him. Greg finally has enough, and dips even more into his stamina to unleash a blast to hit both Bens, as they unleash their own at him, and all attacks hit their intended targets, knocking down all parties. The Bens get knocked down HARD while Kevin finds his wind, and rushes to Classic's side, where we have their exchange. Towards the end of the exchange, Kevin is watching Greg stand back up. Not as if nothing happened, but faster than anyone would like. Kevin makes his same choice, lands his blows on Greg, and the ending plays out as normal. I feel like this kind of fight would better honor the Bens' effort, and show that while they didn't WIN, their efforts were not in vain, and it was through their effort that Kevin was able to finish the job. I mean, respect to McDuffie, but I find it a hard sell that no amount of Ben 10s could beat Greg, but one Ultimate Kevin could easy clap him.
Ya know. I really liked this ep. Got a taste of old school Ben plus an old problem in the form of the new Kevin. It was interesting seeing a younger Ben interacting with older versions of Gwen and Kevin as well. But when it came to Ben and.. Ben interacting.. It really does give you an insight to who Ben truly is and what goes unsaid. The moment young Ben explains why he acts like everything is a joke is beautifully written and voice acted. Loved it. Alright.. Nuff rambling.. Hero Time!
@@ameliawilson423 I gotta tell ya, it's solid for what it is. They have bumps in their relationship especially when it comes to Kevin not realizing something important. But when he does, he makes it right in the end most of the time. If anything, seeing how they've grown close is evident this ep when it comes to young Ben. Gwen speaks highly of Kevin. But this isn't even the first time either. Several times she defends him if anyone ever questioned him or his loyalty. But later on.. she goes as far as doing everything she can to defend his life when Ben thinks there's only one way to stop his rampage. It's fantastic if ya ask me! Side note, hope you're doing well : )
Aww! Thanks, I'm quite well thank you😊🤘! Yes, the Gwevin Romance helped me realise & accept myself as Pansexual and Proud🤘🌈🌈🤘👍😊! In the Alien Force episode "Undercover" I 100% agree with Kevin, who wouldn't have a crush on Gwen 😍🤘!! I do love the sexy Bad Boy Goth vibes Kevin puts out when in public, but I Adore it when it's just him & Gwen & he can let his guard down a little. Like in "Darkstar Rising" in Kevin's Garage, before the Highbreed showed up! Though my favourite scenes have to be Gwen's Anodite Form in "War Of The Worlds PT.2" & the Victory Kiss in "The Final Battle PT.2" Though I Love ALL the Gwevin Moments😍🤘👍😊 !! Which are you're favourite Gwevin Moments😊? Oh, Ben 10: Alien Swarm does count! Nathan Keyes(Kevin Levin) & Galadriel Stineman (Gwen Tennyson)😍💋😍🤘! Waiter, I'll have them to go please! Yummy😍💋🤘!! 😂LOL!!
Interesting thing I noticed. Paradox specifically says he "Arranged for life support". The phrasing implies that HE didn't alter their bodies to survive in the forge, he just knew a guy who could? Just plays further into the cosmic workings that Paradox is clearly involved with that Ben and Co never witness.
I like to imagine he's kind of a showman. He likes to make it appear like he can do what is more or less magic, just for the fun of it, but really he's just arranged for all of it beforehand. A genius can do a lot with infinite prep time, after all.
@@sirreginaldfishingtonxvii6149 Paradox knows from experience that the barrier will make itself seen at exactly x time, so he teleports the gang there before that happens with enough time to time it perfectly with his gesture. He'd even be able to practise it infinitely since we've seen before that he exists across multiple timelines.
“Young ben didn’t get the immunity to the chrono randomization barrier” Well considering paradox knew exactly what Ben was gonna do I don’t doubt he already gave young Ben the barrier protection. Since “I know you won’t listen”
Its my theory that the "next universe over" is either Generatator Rex's universe or the Reboot universe as Paradox says the physics are different. The Celestialsapien in Alien X- tinction being different then these versions and talks about dimensions instead of timelines can be explained by this. Also Generator Rex has a complex origin of their universe and Paradox could be hinting at that.
I kinda don't think so, I'm pretty sure the reboot is in the Ben 10 multiverse like Ben 23, Gwen 10, Mad Ben, etc. And like in each universe, it has its own set of physics to work. The universe we see Paradox showing the trio is the entire Ben 10 multiverse condensed into one area, and it's just explained like that for simplicity. It would make sense if it's the Generator Rex universe, though or other CN multiverses like Scooby-Doo, Steven Universe, Adventure Time, etc, like how Marvel and DC have their own multiverses and universes inside (the times DC characters have crossed over with CN/Warner Brothers media like Scooby-Doo or in Multiversus) but have crossed over sometimes.
I was surprised that this video didn't bring up how the mother Celestialsapien was debating about what to about those who were fighting on her hands that whole time, or how Ultimate Aggregor was trying to absorb Ultimate Kevin's energy from his energy attacks the entire time, but was unable to due to inexperience with absorbing energy.
I’m also surprised how he didn’t bring up that even though Celestialsapien’s are born in the Forge Of Creation, they sometimes leave to live in the Milky Way Galaxy In fact that’s how Azmuth got the DNA sample
Gotta say, Ultimate Swampfire was literally the worst choice Ben could've picked, Greg is part NRG which is literally an alien made out of radiation that wears a fireproof suit, almost all other Ultimate would've been a better pick, like Ultimate Echo Echo since I don't think Greg has any sound resistance.
The theory that Paradox stole the DNA sample to give to Azmuth is genius and makes a lot of sense. It was due to Ben's access to Alien X that thwarted Maltruant at the genesis of the universe after all and I'd say it's reasonable to assume Paradox was capable of knowing this, which is why he would do something like that. Man I love Paradox so much as a character.
(Around 34:10) I always assumed that bubble the "Mother" was holding the baby in is some sort mini pocket dimension barrier that would keep the baby from altering the main reality until it was grown enough for it's multiple minds to be formed as it's counsel.
I like the idea of Paradox stealing the celestialsapien DNA, but my preferred headcanon is that Belacus and Serena put themselves in the Omnitrix database. Intentionally giving the holder of the Omnitrix the power to turn into Alien X to supply the "Voice of Reason" that would break their eternal Stalemate.
But wouldn't that theory kinda make every other Celestialsapien do nothing since the two personalities, every other one shares, constantly clash and not agree? My own headcanon is similar, in that Alien X itself was created long ago (considering Beliicus's line about dinosaurs). But incorporating the other theory, I believe Paradox was tasked with getting Celestialsapien DNA and, looking into the future at his two companions, decided to take the DNA of that Celestialsapien. But that would also leave the question of; does Ben turn into that Celestialsapien that he calls Alien X? Where does that Alien X go when he's not used? Just how old is Alien X? And how are other Celestialsapien personalities able to come to decisions? God I love Alien X so much
Yeah I'd imagine that it's similiar to how Zs'Skayr's mind can exist within the ectonourite DNA but Ben's mind can also control the transformation. The main difference is celestialsapiens are already housing multiple personalities and are able to incorporate the existing debate system.
@@prodigy1636 We know that some celestialsapiens are more decisive then others, since Serena refers to the galactic gladiator as being the "most decisive celestialsapien" they've seen
Y’all are missing one thing, Alien X is missing the third personality. Could be paradox did something with it like say using its power to move the celestial outside the universe
@@marcusevonblade2804 I’m pretty sure celestialsapiens have only two personalities naturally. Starbeard has two voices when he speaks and Ben refers to the galactic gladiator as having “two voices” before attempting to attack him
20:27 For Heatblast's rocks, I have a headcanon that a Pyronite's rocks get darker as they age until they become something similar to charcoal or obsidian
When i first saw this episode it fully restored my faith in Ben 10 after seeing classic ben return also that was so cool seeing you put all four of the heat blast transformations together for a comparison! nothing bets the classic one!
Classic definitely has the coolest looking transformations. And I agree seeing this episode made me love the show again back in the day after it started getting too inconsistent.
At 31:21 That line does make sense for Ben. It Mirrors Spider-Man’s mindset when he fights. It is the reason he cracks jokes in his fights all the time. Not only is it used as a distraction tactic but it helps him keep calm in crazy situations. It is a coping mechanism to help him deal with the hardships that come with being a superhero. The only time he does not do that is when he is taking the fight 100% seriously and needs to intently focus. I am glad they dive a bit into young Bens mindset.
34:10 Kuro really had me thinking that Mandela Effects were caused by baby Celestialsapians, which is why when people recount an event or object that they remember being something else, it ends up being different.
It’s the fact that Aggregor doesn’t appear in the entire franchise again besides the dream in Night of the Living Nightmare that really kills it for me. They barely mention his name ever except for one or two times in future episodes. I wish they brought him back in Omniverse in some capacity which I know the crew were on the fence about whether they should do that or not
It's kinda the same thing with the Hybreed. Like, an entire species goes on a universe-wide genocide, and they're not only never brought up again, but get zero inter-planetary/inter-species hate? Like, for example, Vilgax can conquer planets, but he always has 'legal' documentation and clearance to do so. I'm not sure the same would apply to wanting to cleanse the universe of every species that isn't yours. Why didn't we at least get a court episode of the Hybreeds being on trial? This probably doesn't apply to Aggregor all that much, since he's basically just some madman that wanted to kidnap a kid in a place outside their universe. Paradox seems to have some links with the Celestialsapians, so that covers that, and most of the universe wasn't exactly affected by his actions. But seeing him again would've been nice.
While I do wish he would've shown up again, it does make him unique in the fact that he isn't vengeful about his defeat, he just accepted the fact that his plan failed and moved on. This sets him apart from literally every other villain in Ben 10 (except the Highbreed) who has to get revenge on Ben and the team every time they're defeated.
Now that I’ve fully watched the Breakdown, I have a few things to say. 1. Missed opportunity to have both a young 10 year old Ben, and have a Ben Ten Thousand return. Could you imagine all three of them teaming up to fight Greg? That could’ve been sick! 2. I hate how Ben immediately turns on Kevin in the final battle. Like Kevin didn’t even do anything that bad yet, he just beat up Greg and stole his powers. But Ben IMMEDIATELY turns on him. It could’ve been that Ben walks up and starts talking to Kevin about doing a good job and they all relax, but then Kevin sits silently for a moment, maybe his face visibly twisting and thinking, and then smacks Ben away and starts going crazy and THEN they turn on him. 3. I have a head canon that Celestialsapiens get bigger the older they get. The baby is tiny. Like, the size of an actual baby. But the mother is MASSIVE, like the size of a skyscraper. And then there’s all the others floating about, huge but not gargantuan like her. And then there’s Ben, just a big star bodied human sized one. There’s a pretty clear line of “Baby, to Teen, to adult, to elder” 4. I think those water air blasts are another combo power. Maybe he’s shooting scalding hot bursts of Steam at Gwen through his vents, which turn to water on impact with the ground because of density shifting. It would explain why she looked especially keen on dodging rather than shielding. Scalding water can hurt.
Speaking of missed opportunity, imagine if classic kevin and gwen were brought up in this episode. Seeing young kevin seeing his older self and being friendly with ben and gwen and seeing young gwen seeing how powerful she becomes and her improved relationship with ben and kevin would of been really interesting. Also imagine how cool it would of been to see the classic trio and the teen trio in one hero shot ready to pound Greg into a paste
Honestly I think Ultimate Alien should've had 4 seasons like Classic each focusing on a different arc season 1 and 2 is Agreggor season 3 is Ultimate Kevin and season 4 is Daggin although I think good non arc focused episodes like Prisoner 775 is Missing and Catch a Falling Star should be in season 4 as like filler episodes but the good kinda filler not the lame kinda ones think the Grounded episode in Alien Force season 2 now that was a good filler episode and to me that's what episodes like Prisoner 775 is Missing and Catch a Falling Star were just brilliant filler episodes that have no part in the season arc but are brilliant episodes focusing on darker topics that are treated with respect to me shows like Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Alien Force Avatar the Last Airbender etc handle dark topics in a way that doesn't require curse words or blood and gore the right way in my opinion that's what most R and PG-13 movies most TV-14 or TV-MA shows just don't get or do anyway sorry for the long comment I got a lot to say
30:07 I don't think it's sexual; it's more about being fat; there was a period where being "thicc" was treated as just being plain thick, at least in some cultures.
makes sense considering the time Ben10 was airing, describing someone/something as fat was 100% meant to be derogatory or insulting that didn't really TRULY shift in colloquial use until like Omniverse started airing
I feel like wildmutt should count as a mistransformation in this episode. While it’s hard to tell because the silhouette is a bit small in the shot it certainly didn’t look like wildmutt. To me it looked like he was trying to go upgrade and that’s probably how they got out of the barrier. I think the reason there isn’t a shot of them escaping the barrier is because you’re supposed to see the silhouette on the omnitrix and assume they used upgrade.
@__M7MD he hasn't reunlocked him yet. Ultimate Ben 10,000 did so in Season 3, along with every Classic series Era Alien aside from Feedback if you consider the entire franchise. Ben just chooses not to use or barely use his Classic aliens until Omniverse.
The episode that gave us the premise of Omniverse. No matter what mood I'm in, it's always a feel good episode that I check out. Greg disappears to the land of forgotten plot points and all the major Osmosian lore goes with him, soon to be replaced with the Rooters. Also, if we had found a way to bring Darkstar into the story earlier, imagine three people trying to absorb the power of the baby Celestialsapien.
1. You joke about "The Land of Forgotten Plot Points," but Grant Morrison apparently made one of Forgotten comic characters for DC. I'm not sure if it still exists, though given DC's multiple reboots. 2. If Darkstar joined the melee, things would've definitely gotten crazier. Maybe the Celestialsapien mom would've actually noticed as well, just to really add to the Chaos. 3. It's a bit of hot take, but thank God Aggregor is gone. The dude felt bland to me, and part of me prefers the Rooters.
I think in the episode where Ben has a nightmare controlled by Albedo, he meets aggregor and says something along the lines of "how did you escape the null void?" If you ask me, that's kind of a lame explanation as to what happened to him. I would've preferred if he had just been doomed to float around the Forge until he eventually starved or something.
About Paradox taking the sample of a Celestialsapien, I REALLY wish we had a mini series about how the samples were collected, having Azmuth, Myaxx, Paradox and even Tetrax as the only characters from the main series, maybe even showing some prototype Unitrixes meant to test the DNA samples!!!
@@horseoperamarker The only alien I can see Tetrax help collecting are aliens that appear in omniverse as that would be enough time for him to help Azmuth since the time he knows who Azmuth is.
When the fans are more smarter than the writers like seriously this should have been pinned by kuro to show that this could had been a good orgin story event
Alien X's use here, while disappointing in its actual application, I think was really well executed in terms of the build-up to it. It's kind of a shame he's so rarely used but that just makes the times that he does appear feel so great. Not that Alien X doesn't deserve it, because it's by far Ben's most powerful alien so of course it needs rare but impactful usage.
I actually have a theory that when celestialsapiens are infants that is the time when their personalities are being formed, and when they're in that state other celestialsapiens form a barrier around it blocking it's influence on the omniverse. (Editor's note: what if that same baby eventually grew up to be the one that fights ben?)
*HOT TAKE(?):* I liked Alien X better when Ben had to debate with the personalities. The fact that he gained control over this omnipotent form kinda sucked out the tension for me, cause in my mind Alien X was always there as the trump card from that point onward. Also, the way Ben achieved it doesn't make sense to me. Ben convinces Bellicus and Serena to let him take over so they can argue as much as they like, when in UAF it was established that they DIDN'T want to debate anymore and finally carry out motions themselves. Plus, that chin in OV pretty much ruins the silhouette imo.
41:08 My head canon for Kevin going berserk and mentally unstable was because of Unstable design of Ultimatrix or in Azmuth's word *Terrible workmanship* !!!
It doesnt need to be linked. Think of your computer having a certain file on it and you copy that file to your phone's internal storage. Once that's done, it doesn't need to be linked to your computer, you can access it through your phone.. Primus is the computer and the omnitrix is the phone.
This was a banger! It really got me when Kuro inserted that audio clip of Ben 10,000 saying Kevin's name but with Greg saying it- 41:18. I shouldn't have laughed as hard as I did.
Why are the Celestialsapiens so large in the Forge of Creation but whenever we see a group of them again (in Omniverse), they are regular size? I know that they can change their size at will, but when do they decide to be to be gigantic and decide to be human size?
Probably with whoever they interact with. There’s no need to not be giant in their home, but mortals feel more comfortable talking to someone their size.
My theory is that their sizes change and adapt wherever universe they go to as that we are too big and that when they are in the FOC it's their true sizes
I was thinking about this and I feel like this would’ve been so cool if they did. So teen Ben and young Ben meet. Would’ve had a lot of good interactions if it was longer. Imagine Teen Ben used Eye Guy in this episode; a good call back and fan service, but young Ben has no clue who this is (as he precedes the Negative 10 Episode). In some altercation or coincidence, young Ben scans Eye Guy’s DNA. This would’ve fixed a plot hole about how Ben got Eye Guy, since he was present in this time jump but thinks of it only as a dream that he definitely forgot.
1. Multiversal Willy Wonka is now my official nickname for Paradox. His Omniverse design just supports that. 2. This is one of those points in the franchise where you can tell the writers actually planned a lot of things out, even if there are minor misssteps here and there. 3. Excited as hell for the Ultimate Kevin arc.
"Looks like they teleported back to Alien Force" that line killed me lmao also great breakdown as usual, and definitely watch a space odyssey. its a crazy movie, but easily one of my favourites!
After seeing a baby Alien X, it reminded me of the other baby aliens that Ben turned into with the fountain of youth fiasco. Baby aliens would be an interesting drawing compilation video (assuming it hasn’t already been done). And not just small, cute babies but evolutionary/metamorphosis/pupa-cocoon kind of stuff. I have one idea for the thep khufan: they are born head first…and only head first. The body is just a bunch of unwoven tendrils, making the baby look like an octopus or jellyfish. From birth, the thep khufan develop muscle (or linen) memory, learning to form their bodies with complex weaving techniques, and stretching their tendrils as they grow up. And like breaking bones, building muscles, or losing teeth, tearing their bandages increase strength and durability as they regenerate.
I like to think that Paradox is able to bend the rules so while he can travel through Time and Space he can use technicalities like entering a celestial Sapian since they are made of space. Also the way they talk about it makes it seem like Paradox got a restraining order against celestial Sapians
@@kidtruck9157 oh I wrote that wrong lol, but yeah I meant that. Also the joke of Paradox being a Celestial Offender is there but idk how to do anything with
Actually Ben being able to lock away a transformation is really impressive. It shows that Ben is learning more and more about the watch, eventually becoming BEN10K
1:16 Personally,my Speculation would be that Dwayne Wanted to Do The Feedback Arc in UA itself, Derrick J Wyatt Said that Feedback Idea was Brought up by Dwayne (if not feedback, just Ben stopped using Omnitrix due to losing an Alien) Maybe Dwayne Mcduffie wanted Cthulu arc in AF Season 3 and Feedback Story in UA season or Just Bits of it teasing it in the seasons
This is easily one of my favorite episodes of not just Ultimate Alien, but the entire franchise. Just a lot of really cool stuff. The episode never feels boring. It's also really funny. Hearing Young Ben call Swampfire a copy of Wildvine just feels like a great jab at the fans. Also, and I know it's stupid, but hearing young Ben just needlessly antagonize Gwen by making fun of the size of her butt of all things just made me laugh so hard on my first viewing. It's juvenile, but to me, it feels in character.
It's weird the episode doesn't mention the reason Greg wants to absorb a baby Celstialsapien because babies don't develop Serena and Bellicus, meaning there's nothing to stop him from doing anything he wants.
The hiding of the Forge of Creation reminded of that quote of Patrick saying "We should take Bikini Bottom and push it somewhere else" Edit: When I commnted this I didnt jump ahead to the ratings and the Outro so Kuro and I got the same thoughts about moving the forge joke from Spongebob🤣
The real mission ben had to deal with is trying not to murder his younger self from irritating him Edit: thanks for 69 likes, i am super happy for that specific number lol! (Not sarcasm)
22:13 it's probably been commented on a lot but you have to love kuuro just changing the video from "enjoying a ben 10 epsode" to "let's fucking fix this shit"
This sounds super petty (but idgaf) why did Kuro use that track? Like he could have used any other Naruto track (or anime ost) that fit the mood better.
I don't get why Ben didn't make a deal with Serena and Bellicus that he'd give them like 2 hours every week just to settle a few debates between them so they'd like him a little more
Or better yet, make a deal with them to give his conscience immortality, freeze time outside their debate zone and work on the backlog of motions they have...
@@vaginalarthritis1753 as if ben’s got the patience for that, or any mortal mind for that matter. They have million upon millions of years worth of unresolved debates. Ben would get so bored he’d fall into a Fugue state in like a half hour
I love how Paradox believes in Ben much more than Azmuth. Especially considering Paradox is a stand-in for Doctor Who so you could almost consider it one iconic sci fi hero believing in another.
I think the sphere around the baby is to prevent it from warping reality and the mother is meant to contain it until it matures enough to have at least two personalities to keep itself in check. Also what if each alien x is tied to a universe and vulnerable to capture so paradox put them in a separate universe to keep them safe while in debate. Naturally they were against being moved against their will but saw the practicality of it so they made a treaty with paradox. He can’t be within 500 light years of them but they will remain in the separate universe.
Honest question: what the hell happened to Greg after this episode? We don't see him after Kevin stole his powers so did Kevin kill him or is he in prison?
I actually belive that the blue aura around the baby Celestial-Sapian is what is holding back the baby's cosmic power. And when it fully matures, they can go out and debate and stuff.
I absolutely loved the inclusion of the keys. Shows they’ve been “productively” figuring out the ultimatrix rather than hacking it for master control. 5:35
Big butts weren't always popular unfortunately so him insulating her like that makes sense especially since he's still a kid. I've heard it before in shows at the time
I think since Ben rename Blitzwolfer onscreen in Omniverse then it would be a great idea to have young Ben transform into Snare-Oh and Frankenstrike in this episode while the 16 y.o. Ben look suprise because he only use them once and he would probably gonna said "hey I remember them, whats they called again ? I kinda forget" then younger ben said "dunno I haven't name it yet since I only use them for like once, but the dweeb call this two Ben Victor and Ben Mummy,I need a better name" then 16 y.o. Ben would suggest "hey I'm expert in this stuff because when you old as me you gonna having great time shouting your alien's name..hmm how about Frankenstrike and Snare-Oh" and the younger Ben loves that name this is gonna be a great callback to Ben 10.000 when Younger Ben give name to Arcticguana and this also might be the reason why teenage Ben love shouting his alien's name because he learn it from his older self and when he wakes up after coming back he suddenly get the idea to shouting his alien name. The question is why Ben doesn't do it when he's 11 in Omniverse. I think it's pretty simple because Ben forget about his dream when he meet his older self but when he wear the Omnitrix again in AF and scrolling for the alien his kinda get some glimpse of his meeting with his other self in the forge of creation and starting from that he's shouting his alien's name everytime he transform untill he get tired of it in Omniverse
It was so fun seeing young Ben again. This really should've been a two parter. Things wrapped up way too quickly. But I've been feeling that way for a lot of the UAF era. Classic got away with it because it was never serialized, but this era has struggled with paying off its arcs and leaving them weirdly undercooked
My assumption is that UA’s inability to fully pay off the arcs stems from them being asked to rework the story a lot. Dwayne and co have revealed multiple times that events in UA unraveled very differently from what they originally wanted, but that they were still alright with how it worked out. I think rewriting the story lots of times affects its execution quality.
I still haven't finished the series yet. Not even started OV. So I am pretty excited to see how things shake out. Even if I've had my ups and downs so far, it's still Ben 10, and I love that shit
@@Dracosfire14 You’re in for a ride then. Although UAF is still my favorite era, I can tell UA especially really has some glaring issues, some of which are remedied in OV.
When professor paradox says that he doesn't like a neighbouring universe, I like to think that he is discussing the reboot universe, and he would refuse to go there.
I kinda don't think so, I'm pretty sure the reboot is in the Ben 10 multiverse like Ben 23, Gwen 10, Mad Ben, etc. And like in each universe, it has its own set of physics to work. The "universe" we see Paradox showing the trio is the entire Ben 10 multiverse condensed into one area, and it's just explained like that for simplicity. It would make sense if it's the Generator Rex "universe", though or other CN multiverses like Scooby-Doo, Steven Universe, Adventure Time, etc, like how Marvel and DC have their own multiverses and universes inside (the times DC characters have crossed over with CN/Warner Brothers media like Scooby-Doo or in Multiversus) but have crossed over sometimes.
I had an idea after watching this episode's intro. I think it would be cool if the Omniverse breakdowns intro recreation used the 5YL models of all the aliens, since some of the aliens don't have a high quality transparent png in the UAF art style, and therefore, the Ultimate Alien breakdowns intro recreation uses pngs from both Classic and UAF. The intro looks great, but I think it would be cool if all the aliens were in the same art style
@TheGlassesPro too clean for kevin?? If anything it got too clean for ben. He was riding that kill kevin hype train harder than he ever he ever did characters like Vilgax or the highbreed. Cool of kevin to anticipate that but still.
I think the 10 year ben story dawyne macduffie (God rest his soul) might have wanted to do might have been a flashback story about the events that would have lead to him want to stop using the omnitirx and then not wear it for 5 years
24:55 I'm pretty sure this counts as a mistransformation. I can't tell if the screen shows Upgrade or Wildmutt; if it's Upgrade, he gets Wildmutt, and if it shows Wildmutt, he gets Wildmutt, but wanted Upgrade.
Ok, there is an easy explanation for the "universe" thing. This episode in particular uses Level 1 Multiverse Theory. In this theory, a "universe" refers to "known universe"/"observable universe", rather than a "true universe". The theory refers to it as such because it argues the case that there are other big bangs that could have happened somewhere else in space and created it's own "observable universe". Azmuth is referring to "true universe" where as paradox is referring to their own "observable universe". The difference between a "true multiverse" and "true universe" is that all the observable universes in a true universe exist within the same realm of space. Meaning, they aren't some different dimension. Rather they are just really really far away from eachother and that's it, where the only barrier between them is distance and nothing else. As in, they could be measured in miles/lightyears. With a "true multiverse" though, universes are overlapping eachother. So like, true universe, to enter a different observable universe, if you entered a portal to get there, that portal would only teleport you across space. In true multiverse, that portal would teleport you to a different dimension/frequency or whatever. It could be argued that Legerdomain is evidence of a "true multiverse" existing within the ben10 omniverse since it's a different realm all together. This is how an object can exist within a universe but also outside of a universe. An observable universe exists within a true-universe. Both can be referred to as a universe though. You can be outside an observable universe while still being within the true-universe. That space however would just be referred to as "empty space". Empty space being anywhere where all light everywhere has yet to reach.
@@kesegoe9488 lol. There are many ways to define a "universe". In this case, think of a multiverse as Earth and the universes as Countries. So "our universe" is just part of the larger worked. The only difference is that these "countries" are expanding constantly, and theoretically could clash into each other one day. But yea, this is just one theory. The other popular way media defines "multiverse" is in a "different dimension" way where each universe has different laws. So our universe, Looney Tunes, and Skyrim are all different universes with different physical rules. I believe that's called level 4 multiverse theory.
40:20 I think Ben might be able to defeat ultimate agregor with just one Ben. Ben was able to defeat Ultimate Kevin on his own with ultimate Echo Echo. Surely it would work here too right?
I have a theory on that. Kevin is holding back. Perhaps he is holding on to just enough not to actually kill his friends. Sure we see that start to slip away but Kevin deep down doesn't actually want to hurt them. Greg on the other hand doesn't care one bit and has tried to kill them many times already. Kevin is perfectly fine seeking his revenge but notice he never goes after Ben until later. Ben who told him to do this then shunned him for it. Regardless of past or future, since Kevin went after someone for a petty reason as cash, Ben is the one who did this to him again so why not go after him? He doesn't want to, he's trying to protect Gwen at least.
@@Stargazer_Ley it’s an interesting theory but I’m not sure. During the end of the Ultimate Kevin arc, Kevin seems hell bent on finishing off Ben and draining Gwen of her manor Kevin didn’t seem to be holding back against Ben at all. In the plumber base, Kevin was about to kill Ben but Gwen saved him and in the two part finale Kevin almost did kill Ben when he was Echo Echo but Ben tricked him and had a spare Echo Echo clone in the car trunk and Kevin was definitely not holding back in the final battle with ultimate Echo Echo
Kevin says that he would go with the A Game, it makes me wonder are Alien Forces Aliens actually stronger than Original Aliens? Like, if the two of them would fight, then what one would end up on top? And making it fairer to Original Ben, no Alien X or Ulimate Aliens. The question just popped in my head.
4:17 Maybe that's what Celestialsapiens hate Paradox for? I mean he kinda kidnapped them to outside of their own universe. Not that they couldn't come back or something, they probably realised it would be better for everybody this way. But they still could be upset. 10:02 I actually like that one a lot too!
39:30 I'll ask you a better one, Why isn't Ultimate Swampfire shooting blue fire at Agregor? Why isn't Stinkfly coverin agregor withe the inflamable goo so Swampfire can cause a massive explosion? is the team mixing up Stinkfly and Jetray's powers?
