do you have to connect an external power supply where the white inlet is? I have Bosch MEVD1722 ecu and i'm having trouble setting it up right. i located the boot pin and connected the wired per diagram. i also added an external power supply but the computer cannot read the ecu. any suggestions? thank you
Nice one Sir. Could you please tell me what happens if you connect the boot wire to ground without a resistor, when it should have had a resistor? Will it damage the ECU, or will it just not work?
