Hello fellow commenters i come from the future . . My my look how far he has come : He has become an a-list actor He wins a bafta on his own produced show. Gets oscars nomination. He's getting 4 Marvel movies now. He is one of the most desired actors in the industry . . If only he knew at that time .
i think i've never seen his performances where he was less than great. there's precision and verisimilitude on every countenance & line delivery. absolutely one of the future greats. I love this man and his awesome name!
I think it's ironic that he played this character in Last Enemy who basically helped the government become more of a Big Brother presence and now he's playing Assange who basically was trying to do the opposite. The man is brilliant!
@MissClumssyy yes I prefer his hair long and curly like in Sherlock, and you really should see it it is really good. I really wanna see War Horse, I saw it on stage,it he doing it on stage or TV or something hadn't heard about this till now. As for his looks I just think he is simply gorgeous, no question Lol
Brilliant actor, first saw him in Nathan Barley all those years ago, this man is pure genius and I know eveyone seems to think he is weird looking but I personally think he is gorgeous.
Ugh! He talks so much, but unlike other celebrities I agree with so much of what he says and it kills me I can't join in the conversation! Just wish I could discuss his work with him, if I can't get a date with him. :p
Anyone else find it sadly ironic that 10 years ago (before Sherlock) he wore his hair dark & kind of long, but since Sherlock (where his hair is gorgeous) he only has his hair that way when filming Sherlock, & the rest of the time it's ridiculously short, which doesn't look good on him at all...so sad! lol
Yeah, sadly... He looks great with that Sherlock hair with dark brown curls 😍 I read somewhere that he doesn't like Sherlock hairstyle, because he thinks that it makes him look like a woman. 🤔
I know after seeing Atonement I was shocked to realise that he played Patrick in Starter for Ten, and he was really good in Amazing Grace. I hope they plan to do a film about William Pitt and that reprises the role. Also I'd love to see him and Ioan Gruffudd work together again, they were really good together
@CulturePeaceForever i'm pretty sure that there are only three episodes right now, but they're planning to shoot/broadcast more later this year (i heard August, but of course this comes mostly from Wikipedia, ha) i can't wait!! :D
Hm - though you commented 2 years ago, I'm reading it just now and can't help agreeing. I felt dearly sorry for poor Vincent. But wasn't he gorgeous in all things he did? In starters for 10 he already was brilliant, the same for Fortysomething. Hawking and 3rd star did impress me, too. I missed Warhorse, unfortunately. PS: Your icon isn't by chance a character out of the young ones? Pardon my humble question, I'm from Germany, so....
@gravey07:) ahh yes the dreaded boxes, there's also the possibility of being called Ben for short, which I think is so wrong when you have this gorgeous, uncommon name. I love his name...what can I say, if only my parents had a little imagination at the time I was born!
@mahler71 In my opinion I think he's very handsome and many other girls think the same. While I respect your opinion, some people will not and will probably claw your face off, so I think it's best not to spew your hate for Ben on this video.
@mahler71 I know that is what we all thought at first! And now I am waiting for the hobbit and star trek just cause he is in them. But even if you never find him attractive atleast it is undeniable that he is a brilliant and talented actor.

I was telling my sister that I would have loved a name that no one in the world would share...like Benedict Cumberbatch(except I'm a girl) because both names are quite unique so putting them together, what is the likelyhood of finding another person with the same first name and surname so to prove me wrong, please name your son Benedict!
@stupidintellect90 Hey maybe i will, there aint any cumberbatchs about here in uk but i do have a Facebook friend with the exact same name. i dont mind it but it doesnt always fit in the boxes of sub forms.
