Sir very well said, muje bi hr waqt cravings hoti thi mind hr waqt Khane peene ke bare me sochta tha pr jab se mene intermittent diet start ki he meri tamam cravings almost khatam hogai hn. Bar bar Khane ko dil nhi krta, meri body or mere mind ko pata hota he ke kab muje khana he or kab nhi. Agr galat time pr kbi kuch Khane ki koshish bi Karon to brain foran msg deta he ke kuch galat horha he. That's the power of intermittent diet. 👍

@@NatashaNaeemalmost avoid, if more desire then go for 2 or 3 bites of roti or rice. Sugary items totally stop. Carbs 5% of your diet. More good fat and protein. In between fiber too.
