I usually have between 12 and 16 ingredients in my salads including beans, sprouts, 4 different greens and avocados, purple cabbage and loads of broccoli.
warm salads are my favorite. My favorite ingredients for the season that I’ve been using are baby chard, red onions, and walnuts. Always adding a warm protein like chicken breast or shrimp.
Great video as always! I recently fell in love with beets. I have seedlings in the greenhouse now! I wash, roast peel and cube them. Then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and a little salt and pepper. Delicious on salads! And the leaves are great in smoothies.
