Even after Charles beat him like he did i still feel like this isn't far off. Styles make fights and i think oliveira was able to win because of his dynamic striking. Islam's striking is also decent but i think he would rely a lot more on the grappling, which after the gamrot fight i think beniel could definitely handle with his bjj and wrestling. Might be a while before we see that matchup now but it's fun to speculate.

Charles send him back to where he belongs. His chin is not top 5 material, let alone top 3. Dariush will be a good gatekeeper though for sure. New guys will have to beat him now to be considered real contenders. Beneil no title for you buddy. But it's ok, you're a great fighter, but champ said it first, there's LEVELS

I disagree with the stand up aspect of the game. Islam was legit on par with Volk, who destroyed the best boxer in the UFC in Max Holloway on the feet. So yeah, i highly doubt Dariush’s stand up is on par with Islam’s stand up at the moment. But only time will tell!
