I reduced my weight from 82 to 69 by combining this with intermittent fasting. Here after a series of final exams I am back with 83kgs 😢. I did this again after about two years and I couldn’t complete some exercises as same as before. Still I am on my journey again and no quitting. ❤

I’ve been doing the workout everyday for the last 2 weeks and today is the first time that I could do a plank for 45 seconds. It may not seem like much but i am so proud of myself!

Doing this workout for as long as i can (including the days i rest), in some days I will do some more workouts for flat stomach. My goal: To get rid of belly fat Height: 160 cm Weight: 49 kg (goal: 45 kg) Waist: 68 (goal: 65 if possible) I will measure my weight and waist every 7 days. Gonna try for a month, wish me luck🥹 Day 1: Done! ✅ + extra exercises! - It was hard (I was hyperventilating), but I’m really proud of myself! My playlist of motivational songs helped me through. Day 2: Done! ✅ + extra exercises! - same as yesterday, sweating like a sinner in church 🥲 Day 3: Done! ✅ - It’s kinda easier for me now! My body is to tired to do extra exercises today 😔 Day 4: Done! ✅ - Same as yesterday, my body is so sore. Day 5: Rest day! ☕️ Day 6: Done! ✅ - It was harder today, my abdomen is burning up😩

I’m back from my trip! I over ate a LOT but I also walked a lot on some of the days? I think I gained weight but I’ll continue now. My journey here: Height: 174 cm weight: 65 kg day 1: Exhausted, did the plank for full 45 sec day 2: A little bit less exhausted and everything was a little bit easier day 3: Very sweaty and tired. Had problems to do the last exercise day 4: No changes exept plank was easier day 5: Everything was a bit easier but I’m still very sweaty day 6: took a break (I walked 21 km that day) day 7: took a break (I cycled 42 km that day and walked about 8) day 8: everything burnt way more also did it twice day 9: starting to lose motivation but did the exercise day 10: starting to feel a bit stronger day 11: no changes day 12: took a break (ran 20 min on stairs instead) day 13: period break day 14: Abs got stronger day 15: no changes day 16: did it twice today and I feel good day 17: my left elbow hurt so only did it once day 18: did it twice but got a bit dizzy day 19: forgot day 20: forgot day 21: did it once cuz I got dizzy took a 7 day break cuz I got sick so I’m not gonna count that day 22: Did it but oh boy it was tough after not doing it for 7 days day 23: no changes day 24 and 25 didn’t exercise cuz my throat burnt day 25: It was a bit difficult day 26: no changes day 27: Easier So I started focusing more on my muscles and stopped doing this, but it works! Don’t give up! 1 year update: I went from almost 30% body fat to 20% and I feel and look much better! I also gained a lot of muscles and I just feel much stronger now, I also learned that losing weight doesn’t automatically fix mental health and body immage issues, but I do feel way more confident now. Moral of the story: Don’t give up! Things will get better in time if you try to improve them.

I'll be doing this for 2 weeks to see my progress :) Day 1: Pretty painful, I'm surprised I actually managed to do the plank for the full 45 seconds but it was hard because I was shaking so much. Day 2: It hurt a little more today and I couldn't plank for more than 10 seconds at a time. Day 3: Man, I'm sweating so much. I actually managed to do the plank for 40 seconds today but the last exercise was absolutely killing me. Day 4: I think this is getting a little easier and I actually think some fat from my hips and thighs have gone. Hoping to do this twice today so I'll do it again later. Day 5: Couldn't do it today as I wasn't feeling well. Day 6: I'm sweating a lot today, but I timed myself and I can now hold a plank for a full minute! Proud of myself :) Day 7: Didn't do it as I was procrastinating and ended up not doing it 😒 Day 8: Completed it twice and I feel so good!! Day 9: Did it once Day 10: Did it twice Day 11: Did it once Day 12: Did it twice

I've been doing this workout for about a month now with 1-2 days off after working out for 3-4 days in a row. I lost 3.15 inches of my waist. I started with 163 lbs and now I am at 156,5 lbs. Don't give up, it's worth it. 😉💪

I did an additional 3 minute arm workout. I changed my diet to less carbs and less sugar. It works great for me 😊

A little update: I tried on my "old" jeans size 34/36 (EU size) that fit me one year ago. And guess what?? They fit perfectly again! Never give up guys!! 😊

I'm a new grandmother and all I can think about is how I want to see my grandson grow into the wonderful man I'm sure he'll be. I have completely changed my life to make sure I'm healthy enough to be here long enough to see my great grandkids. I just can't imagine how much I'll love them. I use this workout plus a low carb diet and fat has just melted away. The trick is that you have to give 100% effort. Push through the pain. I hadn't worked out in many many years before this. If I can do it, I promise you can as well.

I did this workout a couple of years ago every other day for about 3 months and got to my goal weight! Unfortunately because of depression, stress and anxiety I’ve gained it all back plus another 3 stone. I’m staring to feel motivated again and start moving and eating healthier! So excited to be back and feel both confident and fitter like before :-)

Thought I'd give some updates! It got off to a rough start as I got covid.... so today is the first day of the workout! I'm still ill, but I'd thought it would get me moving. My whole body aches now, even though I didn't finish! Probably a combination of my illness as well as my weight (I am over 18 stone). Really excited to get better and start moving properly again!

This is my first time doing this workout and it was actually really fun! I love how she gives a “description” on how to do every exercise. Not only does it help me do it correct but it also keeps me distracted from how tired I am! I also like how she gives random motivation such as “don’t give up guys”. Definitely recommend king this :)

Hey girl I have to shout you out!!! This exact routine and the beginner boxing one from PopSugar were the ones that got me comfortable and confident in working out. I still come back to this video weekly. My moms cancer medication makes her bones weak and energy low; doing this routine together makes her feel amazing and she can adapt to every one of your moves. Edit: I lost a lot of body fat by reducing the portion size of my meals and by working out daily. You need to be patient , the results will be visible. I am planning to do this workout for 1 month 💪 Day 1: ✅️ Day 2:✅️ I experienced a deadly pain in my legs and thigh area but Completed all the exercises Day 3: ✅️ It felt easier than yesterday I was able to do the plank for 45 seconds😊 Day 4: ✅️ Day 5: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9:✅️ Day 10: Difference is visible my clothes are looking loose on me and now I can even wear my old clothes in which I was never able to fit myself. Day 11: I measured my waist size reduced from 32 to 30 Day 12: ✅️ Day 13: ❌️ I was not able to do workout because of periods Day 14 :❌️ Day 15: ❌️ Day 16❌️ Day 17: ✅️ Day 18: ✅️ Day 20: ✅️ Day 21: ✅️ Day 22: I again checked my waist size it's reduced to 28 from 30 But my desired goal is 26

Let me tell you something guys. Emi's workouts WORK! I started my fitness journey 8 months ago and I was obese as a 16 year old. I was practically a 40 year old in my physical capacities. It was because of Emi's workouts that I could lose weight. Be it 6min or 45 min, I did whatever I could and here I am transformed from a 77kg teenager to 55kg teenager. I'm proud of myself and all the credit to my transformation goes to Emi. Even my food was inspired by her meals.💖💖🐒

@@zaina884 I did all sorts of workout honestly and tried out a lot. For me a mix of Cardio and Strength training did it in the end. I love Emi Wongs, Joanna Soh and Blogilates workouts they have a lot variation on their channel and really good videos about food, too. I like Pilates and also do yoga on days where I wanna take it easy. Just try out different workouts and you're gonna see what works best for you and what you like the most.

I am 13 who is so self conscious. This workout has allowed me to both change physically, and it has allowed me to gain my loving for my body back. I just reached my goal of doing a plank for 45 seconds for the first time. Thank you emi! This is also the most effective workout I have done!

To everyone just starting out - you don't have to do it perfect, you can stop after 20 sec and wait another 20 and start for last 5. It's okay. You'll get better and stronger

Aw I hope everything goes well! Make sure to eat healthier food without cutting back on too many calories. Try to stay away from intense diets that only lasts for a short period. Especially since you're young and I dont want you to develop some sort of eating disorder. Good luck and stay strong ❤

The first 3 days of me doing this exercise was extremely hard, my body was aching but I pushed myself to finish the exercise because I know that it will be all worth it in the end. It's been two weeks and I've lost about 4kg (I've been also lessening my food portions) my goal weight is 50 and my current weight is 57 wish me luck guys!!!

Update: i have now done this exercise three times in total, first time was around a week ago, then two days ago and today, and i am already seeing minor changes, the exercises themselves are still tiring, but they’re not as difficult as they where the first time, and i see some changes in my body as well, which only motivates me to keep going☺️

there are days I don't want to do this and I find it hard to find the motivation but I just have to keep going. I've been overweight for nearly all of my teen years and early 20s. Best wishes to you, you and me both. Lack of motivation is a killer but I think the biggest way to give yourself a jumpstart is to not expect yourself to perform at peak every day out of the blue. You can’t jump into the deep end of a regular work out routine, you gotta ease your body into it /and/ ease your mind into making it a habit Remember that and remind yourself that slow progress is still progress. The effort will be worthwhile ♥️♥️

Back in May 2020, I was doing this exercise only every single day and night for 2 weeks. I lost 3kg, of course with some diet also. My stomach became flat, my arms lost some fats. It is really helpful. So, whoever read this, you can do this! Only you can make things possible!

@@azami6422 The initial drastic weight loss happens because of loss of water and not loss of body fat solely. As we lose more weight, it becomes difficult to lose further because our body has already lost the water.

Well , let me tell u my story ! So , I was 15 when I started doing her workouts and I lost like so many kg's , I couldn't believe that its actually true ! It all felt like a dream come true . and after reaching my goal I stopped doing them and ate like a monster , I forgot that after loosing , maintaining it is more important ! Then , I gained all my weight back , I went into self hatred and depression , every night felt like way too long and scary and my own thoughts started chasing me , but now I've decided to make it my lifestyle and I'll start again but this time with proper planning , goals and focus on muscle gaining then loosing fat ! Let's do it guys , dreams do come true !

Same here, look up beginner flexibility stretches, and do those before workouts! Itll help you warm up and help you be able to get ur legs straight over time !

I dont usually comment on videos but wow this workout has definitely helped me in my weight loss journey. in the beginning, it was definitely hard but overtime, I find myself actually enjoying the workout and seeing improvements in the execution of the workout. To all those trying this out, its okay if you guys are not able to complete the workout!! Take it step by step and hopefully one day you are able to do it! I definitely far from my dream weight goal but this workout has definitely help me out tremendously!!!

holiday in 6 weeks... doing this at least once everyday as well as a colorie deficit! Day 1 5/5/22 - hardest was the shoulder taps and burpees, defo sweating Day 2 6/5/22 - sweating, still struggled but feeling good! woke up sore Day 3 7/5/22 - not as sweaty (worked out in garden), swapped the lady exercise for a plank variation Day 4 - got sunburned and skipped day 5 - cried the whole way through, body wasnt cooperating, hurt my leg badly and went on a walk after to calm myself down day 6 - acc really really enjoyed today! put in so much effort and feel great

Thank you Emi for the dedication and motivations you've given to us throughout the workout! I'm 14 years old girl, currently weighed about 65 kg. With the height of approximately 155cm. I want to lose weight, and my target is 55kg or lower. I've been called fat, overweight, and got mocked several times. I'm always being asked by my relatives whether I'm too lazy to exercise or eat too much. A week ago I started my workout journey because everytime I started for the past few years, I couldn't maintain the consistency. And so did I a week ago. But my mom kept on reminding me up to this day. I'm always reminded to this everyday for 2 times (30 minutes) and it's always a knockout every session. I'm also trying diet/intermittent fasting by eating main courses twice a day. (12 PM & 05:30 PM). I still see no change, but I'm really looking forward to see it. I've always been the fat girl at school, and I'm pretty sick of it because it affected (still affects) my confidence and self-esteem up to this day. The COVID-19 played a huge role in this and I rarely workout during quarantines. I barely went out a single time for a year, and rarely went out for another year. today is exactly one month since i started doing this work out for almost every day (only missed 2 days). for a beginner and overweight-almost obese person like me, it was REALLY hard at first. i couldn't even do the plank at all and did some moves poorly. but yeah, like emi said, my body has been getting stronger. now i can follow this work out thoroughly and more easily than before. i still have a hard time catching my breath so i'm not ready yet to try other kind of work out, but this particular work out definitely helped a lot. thank you emi!

I was uncomfortable with my weight and still am...i don't weigh that much but i still feel like i am. a girl told me i was fat when i weighed 100lbs, and she weighed more she was just uncomfortable in herself!!! I'm graduating in July. I was 55 kg before lock down and i gain at least 10 kg the past 2 years. None of my 'outside' clothes fit me anymore (esp my uniform) so i was trying to lose some weight. My goal is to at least lessen my weight 5kg (from 65 to 60kg) please wish me well🥲 Edit: AFTER 2 WEEKS: I am doing this work out plus 2 stretching routine (posture corrector & normal stretch) and another 10 min hitt work out from emi and ive lost 4 kg after 2 weeks. My weight now jumps back and forth from 61-62 kg. I also stopped snacking before bed and started drinking at least 1 liter of water everyday. Sometimes i do 100 jumping rope to strengthen my heart- and ive never felt light

first day! so i was eating a lot and kinda had a depressed mood for past couple of weeks and i had zero motivation for anything, tonight i had a surprise motivation to clean my room then start a workout, drink water- rn i'm at 69 kg,1.68m height n i'm tryna reach my first goal, 65 kg. I hopeee I won't quit and keep doing this, i feel motivated and i think i can do this with a good mindset like this:)
