These hand exercises for seniors are designed to improve finger flexibility, enhance grip strength, and promote overall hand health.

Or you can use a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or a massage ball. Just make sure the ball is not too large or too soft.
We will do 10 repetitions of each exercise on each hand. Apply as much or as little resistance as what feels right for you!
