Well you have a great amount of movies to watch cause that movie borrowed from some great films before it. I love how it achieved to bring some great things of cinemas past but also broke new ground in the action film genre.

My top for me for March is Scream 6. I really enjoyed it. It was really good and one of my favourite scream movies now. It has so much action and gore and has the best kills. It’s such a fun Scream movie. All the scream movies are so good but especially the first and 6th ones

Hey Austin, I couldn't fathom any action movie topping Mission Impossible: Fallout but I think John Wick Chapter 4 might've done just that. Best theatrical experience I've ever had and my favorite movie of all time.

Awesome video Austin! I always love these monthly rankings. Did you have a chance to see A Good Person? I thought that was a really well done (if at times, melodramatic) movie, that critics unfairly bashed.

Hey Austin. For once I think I agree with almost all of your rankings for last month. You missed AV Rockwell's A Thousand and One. My favorite movie of the year so far. I CANNOT recommend it enough. It is so good. Cant wait to hear your thoughts on it!

John Wick Chapter 4 is not only the best movie in March, it will also go down as already one of the best movie of 2023 and one of the best action movie of all time as well since The Raid 1&2 and Mad Max Fury Road.

You are missing Rye Lane from this list. It just barely is a March film, but it released on the 31st and still counts. Regardless, that is a fucking great film and is on Hulu right now. It feels like if Before Sunrise was directed by Edgar Wright.

I don’t think I’d put Creed 3 in great, I think it’s a bit underwhelming & despite Major’s standout performance, the movie felt quite hollow at times. I haven’t seen John Wick 4 yet, but outside of Dungeons and Dragons, I don’t think I saw a new release that i would say was “Great”.

I disagree. January was a good month since it is usually dumpster month for studios. We had M3gan and Missing. Saw John Wick three times. Still trying to figure out how good it is. The action was great and the story is better than the 3rd one, but is it great? As I was watching it, I was comparing it to Top Gun Maverick. Mav was a more even movie than Wick. And like Sean, I had low expectation for D&D; so, I was shocked how much I enjoyed it; I still need to see it a 2nd time to see if it is just as enjoyable. They did not reinvent anything, but everything worked better than any of the comic book movies. 65 is the opposite of D&D, I had high expectation and it was such a disappointment. Quiet Place had tension, but this movie replied on jump scare, which is the cheapest trick even for horror movies. Jurassic Park/World used dinosaurs much better as psycho killers than this movie. You did not watch Champions? It was your typical underdog story, but it was fun/well done. Bholaa (from India) was pretty good; the usual over the top action and plot twist movie.
