Yeah I love toothpick quads. They are really fast but can still be flown slowly without bothering people in a medium sized park. I'm 3D printing frames and building toothpicks now too.

Yeah she moves for being such a small quad. My 4" race drone goes across a large soccer field in like 2 seconds...lol. This one had some video interference on this flight...not sure why. I might of had the video power low at 25mw.

@@UDRC85 It's super addictive. You saw how much I was into speed run cars and Arrma's? As soon as I had a taste of FPV race drones(which I kinda shrugged off before) I sold some cars and only went out speed running once this season. I kinda can't believe it myself that it happened. There is just a different level of adrenaline production in the body when I fly race drones. The speed runs cars did it too but the prep work and amount of actual running time didn't satisfy my addiction. I can run over to the school yard and get my fix with FPV. With the speed cars I need to prepare a lot more and drive a bit to the road in the early morning.

@@KaizerTest yeah I definitely hear that. Speed runs after a certain speed you need really great conditions to keep punching the numbers.

Loving the review brother..👍.. that is a nifty little quad.. charger is interesting with the dip switches.. I would imagine they shouldn't be an issue once you home in on the settings you prefer... That i6 really isn't a bad radio at all for the money... As for the goggles I think I would have the same issue as you.. probably to close to the eye.. Eye strain induced headache's are awful.. The video break up kind of sucks, but that quad seems quite capable for what it is...👍 Great video buddy.. keep up the good work.. 😎

Thanks for watching brother. 😄🍺🍺 Yes its a nice small schoolyard race drone. People were barely noticing it flying around. As for the video I messed up and had it on 25mw(it goes up to 200mw) so there would be nearly no break up. But the break up is all part of analog FPV. You learn to fly with it and not notice it too much. But on my other quads I have put better antenna's and camera's on so the video in the goggles is pretty nice. What you see in my videos is the low quality DVR footage from my goggles and that is only intended as a safety recording if you lose your drone. That way you can go back and view the footage in the goggles to help locate where you went down. I still like analog even though I have the Digital goggles now but of course the digital lets you see branches and wires much better. There is also Shark Byte which is a FPV digital system and it looks quite good. In the coming years there will be more of a transition to digital fpv and drone racing. Analog has superior latency which is why many racers still prefer it but that will change. Analog will still have it's place as an economical way to get into FPV and the higher end cameras and video transmitters are quite good. The Flysky i6 has been a great cheap $50 radio and I love it. It's simple to use and with certain receivers the range is decent. But my TBS Tango 2 and crossfire receiver have the ability to go 10 miles out if you have no obstructions. At close range you can go inside and around buildings and you don't need to worry about the quad dropping out of the sky....lol.

Not sure exactly. Its fast for sure. The onboard flysky receiver isnt all that great so factor in adding a better receiver eventually.

Ahhhh crap...sorry to hear that brother. I'm not paralyzed but my hands shake like crazy...lol. Too much coffee? nerve damage? Not sure. DJI has a one handed controller for their FPV drone. Its expensive but that could be an option for you. Or even a gps drone like the Mavic mini 2 is still fun. 🍺🍺

Got my Eachine Novice 2 rtf v2 like a month ago and only flew it once so far, Restrictions are crazy here in Toronto. Canada price is something like $280 flysky, less with a discount from banggood.

@@KaizerTest Google drone map Toronto, You'll see what I mean. Only private properties and out of the airports and heliport boundaries... If I get caught even with a sub250g... $3000 fine for each infraction, eg. ram into someone another $3000, flying above peoples heads or roadways $3000, flying in restricted airways $3000. I spent $255 to have the problem of trying to find a place to fly that won't cost me a $12000 flight. Gurilla flight life it seems unless I travel a couple hours for maybe half an hour of flight time. Easier to find a place to get weed than it is to find a place to fly...

Atleast whenever I go out of Toronto and find a field, atleast I know I can do a quick search on a map and see if I'm legally able to fly without being in restricted airways or around a airports or helipads boundaries.

@@RyanStonedonCanadianGaming Yeah I'm familiar with that map. Fly in an underground parking lot. Or you can drive up to Vaughan or Oak ridges. Being right in downtown gives you less options but if you get your advanced license you can fly in Toronto.

Looks a lot like my Novice 3, almost same, LED same just mine little bigger and same buzzer, these buzzers is loud !! You buy this new ? I grabbed my full kit and 6 3s batteries for $100 used. Maybe I could review mine lol don’t think I done the full kit review yet (crappy weather ehh)

Yeah I bought this new. One of the first drones I bought but only got to fly it recently. Pretty decent kit for the money. The range with the spi receiver is kinda weak but they usually are. You got a deal for $100!

To connect to the PC you just use a regular android USB cable like for your phone. Be very careful plugging it in and out of the drone as it is a delicate connection. The goggles are pretty good to start but you may want to upgrade later. I still use the radio transmitter and it works well still after 8 months of regular use.

@@verialstyle Nice! You will enjoy it. It's fast so adjust your camera just slightly up from level. The camera angle distates how fast you will fly.

Thanks and yes you can use the controller for flight simulators. You need to get a cable from either Amazon or Banggood. It seems to work on all the sims I have tried except a recent one Uncrashed. I fly the Liftoff sim and it works great. I still use this radio on at least half my quads.

hi ! I just have a question, I just received the same kit as yours and their is no antenna at the back of the drone like yours so I am a bit worried and what cable do u use for the charger because it did not came with one ! thanks !

Hi..I use a 12v power supply. You can also use a lipo battery with an xt60 connector to charge the 1s batteries in the field. Which antenna are you speaking about? I have 2 on there. The smaller one is for the video transmitter and the taller one in the middle is for my receiver I added on.

@@ethandeverre8786 The big tall one I added on. The quad comes with a built in radio receiver but I soldered an external receiver on so I could get further range. The stock receiver antenna that comes on the quad is just a wire coming off the flight control board. The other antenna coming off the back of the drone is the video transmitter (VTX) antenna for your goggles.
