Just some of the maddest moments from Thursday night/Friday morning, when the Conservative Party got the worst spanking in modern times. Subscribe to our new podcast now, or you're a silly goose: linktr.ee/pubcast
People like Mogg do not give a flying fuck. Its why they are fundamentally evil. They make a truck load of money, never step into the limelight, but talk the talk as some posh know it all. Because , again, they dont give a fuck. Theres nothing for them to care about.
Rise of the right ! She worked with an evangelical fundamentalist to attempt to restrict abortion back in 2008. Nads would love the UK to copy US abortion bans. Ch 4 Dispatches did a doc on it link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2gqhlRdOxJg.html
1:13 Nadine Dorries is so weird, she's acting like a giggly school girl getting a text from her crush. And Kwasi Kwarteng laughing about it like a loon next to her, so glad this party is out of government. We lost some of our marbles along with them!
@robertstrong6798 I remeber seeing some middle aged man said he voted tories all his life and this election he didn't and called them many nasty things and tbh he wasn't wrong.
How was Nadine Dorries ever a bloody politician??? She's like a giddy little school girl infatuated with the latest film or pop star. Just embarrassing.
@saiputera that's not how pure voting system works. Labour got about 412 seats, second place got 121. That's a difference 291. That is indeed a massive landslide. It's not an opinion, it's counting.
@@Saiputerait doesn’t matter. We vote for MPs in our local constituencies . 412 out of 650 of them were Labour. People vote according to the electoral system they have in front of them. If we had PR we’d have voted differently. Pasting the same inane comment (7 laughing emojis makes to look like a toddler by the way) in reply to every single comment does not make your point any more valid.
Nice to finally see some justice for the people who treated us ALL with contempt, looked after their own interests, and did all they could to destroy this country. Corrupt traitors- bye bye.
The Tories are people who failed to evolve and want others to follow their quest to turn back time and live in a past where so many were treated like rubbish so a privileged few could continue to live like lords. Their complete routing is a gift to good people everywhere but especially in Britain.
I would’ve respected it if what was held up had political relevance pointing to the inadequacies of the government, holding the letter L, whilst entertaining for more immature viewers, lacked any real value. It was a stunt for RU-vid and views, not much more. That’s a waste of a platform when it comes to politics in my opinion.
My anxiety has shot up last 2 years due to never being able to replace essential items because of rising bills. I even have 2 jobs Just hope this is the beginning of the end of this nightmare
Jacob Rees-Mogg could be given a new BBC miniseries on Victorian Britain, the British Empire and explain British Imperial Measures and Pre-Decimal currency.
Yeh or a mini-series on What Jesus Was really like, or How Protohumans crawled out from the primeval sludge, or a documentary about the boring billion era.
Reporter: Just one last opportunity to pass a message to Tory voters because i think they'd like to hear from you Truss: Slams car door and drives away Says it all really.
@simonball5746 Galloway didn't even attend his count, which strikes me as a more disgraceful than Truss. It shows an utter contempt for the democratic process and his Rochdale electorate. One of the great things about British democracy in action is that if you lose you have to stand there, take your lumps and be gracious in defeat
WTF do they mean "volatility"? We've had 14 years of Tories, in the last 5 years they were a mess, they were voted out. How in gods name can anyone discern that we are now a "volatile" democracy.
@@unitysprings3631He refused to comply with subpoenas for U.S. lawmakers. There is actually a charge for this in U.S. law. Yes, it might be politically motivated. However, this is more equivalent to not showing up for an appointed court date. This can get you detained.
@@heavyhauler426 so many in DC have ignored subpoenas though. I simply ask that we are all treated the same and it's not happening to date. Therein lays the issue. It's partisan.
Farage’s assertion that everyone who dislikes him must be an actor is crazy. How is it so difficult for him to believe that people just genuinely can’t stand him?
😂 I like your speculation about Liz Truss' next employment. I also worry that I am going to open my front door one day to discover Grants Shapps on the doorstep trying to sell me a new vacuum cleaner.
From a non Brit, could someone tell me how in the world such a bad party governed for 14yrs straight? Why did the people not vote them out and seek some change?
He reacted like a spoilt child - he wanted nay needed everyone to appluad all the good he has performed in his area - when that didn`t happen he lost the plot. If he was unhappy or concerned for his safety he could have resigned at any time of his choosing.
the Tories!good on you sir! what a difference that they made to my life!fourteen years ago I was unemployed, penniless, all alone with no prospects, stuck in one town for life ,living in rented accommodation paid for by housing benefit.now look at me!bikini clad beauties, own mansion, own yacht,Ferrari, swimming pool, seven figure salary ,holiday home and I only left school in 1898.
My 14yrs of mental health issues cos of tory government madness, attacking unemployed and people on sick beni. Honey moon period won't last long with labour. Fingers crossed labour aren't torys 1.2 🤞❤
Niko Omilana may have treated electoral law with complete disdain, but at least he brightened up Rishi's declaration with that. It would have been even better on Count Binface's helmet.
@@Saiputera You do realise that irrespective of whatever emojis you use, it is quite clear to everyone that you're really struggling to accept the results?
So glad that Starmer put in that work to move Labour on for the unelectable (10,269,051 votes) 2019 to the super electable (9,731,363 votes) 2024.... quality
@2:40 These Newer Labour need to understand that Corbyn both times was voted by more people than them. Newer Labour hasn't won this election, Tories lost it.
Liz Truss getting the slow clap till she appeared and then refusing to give a concession speech? This was no “Portillo moment.” Michael Portillo had class.
Imagine being a part of Liz Truss' security detail. "Oh no, not again Liz...that's a window not a door" as she stands there looking blankly at a window and confused why it isn't opening. "see! it's the secret cabal conspiring against me again!"
Nads was clearly pissed as a parrot and Truss’ cold, dead eyes as she’s being interviewed, that was bloody creepy. But the best was Rees-Mogg’s face about to fall off at the announcement that he’d lost, then being the noble Eton boy who’s the captain of the rowing team after losing, giving a jolly speech before slithering off to Nanny.
I think she'd probably had several glasses of Prosecco beforehand (around 5 or 6), and had also probably snorted the white powder in the Channel Four loos.
Don't be like that to him. In retrospect, he's been preparing this speech since he declared the dissolution of Parliament. At least in the end, he got it right. The British Voters hate him and his party.
You missed the part when Truss said her loss was due in part to how they didn't do enough to deal with the legacy left by the last Labour government xD
The frog is thawing. People will start to recall the minor infractions and count up the Barnard Castles that became the norm, only to be outdone by the next weekly scandal.
Hang on Richie. Starmer let saville off didn't he? But now he's a decent guy? I'm Confused. I tried to buy my Daily mail today, but it sold out and now I don't know what to get angry about.
