That fruit and rootz seamoss appears to have salt on it and is thicker than the others I wouldn't use or purchase it. Dr.Sebi has video on it that is no good. Dr.Sebi said appearance should be like thin as the other 2. I order the Akeem Pierre both the yellow and purple. I consume it and use as facemask. The water from soak I save because there is no wastage and I use that as toner for my face add to my footsoak and also a spritz for the roots of my hair.

People do big amounts cause it can last a good while and you can freeze in ice cube trays

I bought fruits n roots twice the largest sizes so I did go through them and expirenced a few others such as bolingo the sebi son guy and it was good definitely thinner but made smooth gel and I guess they’re both ok but shout out to akeem ! I love seeing his videos and how he shows the harvests. I know the waters are pure and the sea moss must be the highest of nutrients and quality bc akeem is glowing and educated and has a true passion, so happy I was recommended this vid bc we out here! Akeem Pierre is great stuff and he has great videos. Only issue I have is he calls it Irish seamoss and it's not irish seamoss. That's a whole different genus/species that doesn't grow in warm waters like St. Lucia. But yeah, that doesn't mean it's not good. Gracilaria grown in warm waters is different, but still good. Just for different reasons. Still great stuff and no one will be disappointed following products and advice from Akeem.

I use herbal vineyard sea moss and I love it, no smell or horrible taste. This will be my meal in the morning on an empty stomach, lunch and my dinner. I have to train my body and heal it.

So I'm ready order that one Akeem has. I've been taking seamoss but I think the kind I get off amazon is pool grown. It's not as noticeable as those kinds I've seen that are spongy and got salt all over it. It's actually hard and honestly it don't have a taste really and I can feel the benefits but I've read and heard that the skinny stringy kind is the best and if it gets fat and has smaller tenticals then most likely it was pool grown. It has like a mixture of sea and pool smell to where I would question if I'm just tripping or should it smell a little more like ocean rather then even questioning if I was smelling pool or not. Anyways thanks because if I feel benefits from a brand off amazon Then I think ima really notice benefits from his.

May I suggest allital is very good I've been using for a few years. The only thing that I don't understand is its very overpriced as in the UK I pay 13.99 British pound for 100gms it makes a lot of gel but I still think its very expensive but the quality is superior and never ever any of this salt and is always consistent 🙏

It’s not suppose to get big when soaked

Iv been buying from reds kitchen sink. I just finished the 4oz bag and was wondering if anyones tried this brand? First time trying sea moss so i dont have anything to compare it with. I did how ever like it and was pleases with the product.. costumer service though kinda had an attitude when i emailed them and asked if they have documentation/certification for their sea moss. Other than that great products

I ordered from Vital Vegan, and I didn't like it. I had to use so much of it to fill the jar I store it in once I make my gel. It had a kinda like menthol smell to it. It was very hard to clean!! It was lumpy, didn't blend well at all! I ordered from Organic Nature ( I believe that's the name) and theirs was so much better! I used a small bit and when I soaked it, it made so much gel. It blended easily, and didn't have the weird smell/taste I got from Vital Vegan seamoss. I actually felt a difference from taking it, in about 3 days. The energy was the first thing. I didn't require afternoon naps anymore. I also notice I felt very frisky, lol. I'll continue to order from Organic Nature.

Those black marks are stress marks from not drying the seamoss right away or it was left in the sun too long without turning it over. The smell is usually caused by the water it was cleaned in. The salt is fine. All the minerals are in the salt.

I also order seamoss from Akeem as well as other herbs. His customer service is top notch as well as his youtube videos. If your seamoss has a lot of salt in it it might not be wildcrafted. I use to get mine from Jamaica but once I orderEd from Akeem, never again. I use seamoss in my tea, smoothes, thickening, soups, stews, face, hair, eyebrows, etc. BTW you can sign up to be notified whenever Akeem gets in New batches.
