I wonder if this will work in my stuffed waffle maker ? Im always on the hunt for a good gf waffle/pancake recipe. Looks like this recipe might be it 👏👏 I really love that you can mix up this recipe from "regular " ingredients, not having to buy yet another bag of special mix that is only good for one thing. Wow, those look decadent! I’m definitely saving this recipe. I like freezing leftovers of waffles and pancakes because this will be such a nice treat on another day and you don’t have to wait to get it! I have a Hamilton Beach flip style waffle maker with removable plates-it’s a dream to clean. Thanks SO much for sharing this recipe! ❤-Brenda

Kim, I just want to thank you for your waffle recipe. I made it tonight for dinner. Of course with your flour blend. WOW. My husband and I agreed. It is the best we ever had. I tell everyone in my family your flour blends and recipe are the best. I even got one of the girls at my dentist office about it. She is a gluten free person also. I have a request/suggestion for a series with your recipes. I would love to see videos for pre-mixed recipes in a jar! So when we want to make your delicious baked goods all we have to do is add wet ingredients.

Looks great--love waffles! Going to try these plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing

I have made these waffles two times now and each time, we are amazed at how awesome they taste!!! After freezing leftovers and putting them in the toaster later, they are just as delicious. You cannot tell they are gluten free. For some reason, my batter isn't as thick as yours but that's okay because it means I can put it into my Cuisinart Stand Up Waffle Maker with no problems. (I'll never buy one of those again, btw!) Thank you for sharing so many of your recipes. It means those with Celiac, like my husband, can eat things that don't taste like cardboard. Your recipes are just so delicious - every single one I've tried! Your sandwich bread is great, too. And your vanilla cupcakes - way better than gluten ones even!! Thank you soooooooo much! You are an angel!

Hi, I love your recipes, gluten free life with you became so much easier and tastier I am trying to make dumplings (with filling) I used the dough from you chicken with dumplings as a base, it worked mostly, but it was hard to form them, it kinda missed some elasticity, do you have any recommendation on how to adjust that or maybe you have a recipe that I could use?
