I found them difficult at first. Two things a corrected were my back foot was staying too flat on the floor and I was trying to use my front leg only.

What if you actually walk up and down multiple flights of real stairs every day and walk the hills in your neighborhood? Is the exercise still necessary? Is there a way to perfect walking technique?

With 2 new knees, kneeling not happening. Seniors also dont get on the floor.....

The issue is when seniors do "get" on the floor they have to be able to get off the floor. You can do these exercises with "new" knees just take your time and build your strength. Its a life saver!
