Even knowing all this stuff, this video still gave me something i didn't think about... those omega 3s and their inflammatory abilities. I never eat fish and it's probably no wonder i have such bad tendentious all over the body and everything pops, clicks, twists, and feels like an abused rubber band.. Her measurements on suggested carbs also tells me I don't eat close to enough a day. I'm literally starving myself according to this, and I believe it. I make a full cup of whole wheat pasta, for every work lunch with a meat of some sort and lots of cheese and tomatoes and herbs. Breakfast is always just 4 whole eggs and a couple slabs if Italian whole grain bread.. dinner I don't always eat but when i do it's usually smaller than lunch even. It's all coming clear to me. Thanks for this video!

I wish yall would look at ketones as an energy source. Studies show ketones are killer for cardio. Moreover, your neurons, myelin stealth, and cell walls are made of fat. Highly underrated macronutrient. Its a great fuel, 9 calories per gram, and its a building block for your body. And it helps maintain your hornone levels. And it doesn't require nearly as much insulin. And its low inflammation

Two questions i have. I do intermittent fasting and workout in the morning, which means im eating after working out, after 12/14hours of fasting. First session is strength Training. Or it any type of gpp or explosive workouts, but its weighttraining. Do you think a routine like this harms me or keeps me from processing ? Im vegan for 5 months now. Jacky only quoted animal proteins as a quality source. How you feel about soy, beans or hemp for example, as a post Training protein source. I feel very good and still get ahead when it comes to Progression. Inflammations arent as bad these days neither. Thanks for the feedback. Much LOVE from GERMANY, CoachPrzemek. One LOVE Phil. Great content as always. Thank you big brother

What is your reason from being vegan? I can recommend a really good quality pea protein buts its a bit pricey. I think you should excitement with keto or carnivore. Sounds like heart disease because thats what the media says but trust me they are beneficial and what are ancestors ate like.
@przemekz3803
@przemekz3803 4 года назад
@@c.s.9427 i got me a pea protein also. I like it. They say hemp is a great source because the body can fully convert it. Thanks a lot for the advise. I have athrose in my knees from working out. Many studies say that a whole lot of athletes reduced inflammations due to vegan diet. Right now i feel great. But i changed a lot to be honest. Im doing isometrics. A lot of mobility and yoga. Counting calories, macros, micros. So it is Not just nutrition. I keep reading. I keep working. I keep this diet for at least 12 months to let the body adjust to it. After I will be able to tell what it was worth for. I can imagine to try something new but also to stick to it. Anything that works for my health. Much love my friend. Best regards
@c.s.9427
@c.s.9427 4 года назад
Przemek Z Take a look at carnivore. Lots of reduced inflammation there too. We are omnivores, after all. Dont give up on meat. Its a lot of fastfood and refined carbs and sugar that caused all this inflammation anyways. Not meat

@@efrahimkarayel431 I've been on a plant based diet for 3 years now and doing great, i train 5 times a week, as long as you make sure you get the right nutrients in and supplement b12, you won't have any problem. thing is, nutrition is like 10% of the battle. training is maybe another 10%. genetics is other 80%... no amount of great training and nutrition will ever bring me anywhere near the level of a Francis Ngannou eating mcdonalds and never training lol it feels so redundant to take nutrition super seriously if you're not a genuinely competitive athlete. it's quite a bummer... i got into fitness because i really loved watching strongman. after a couple of years of lifting i realised that in a thousand years i would never look like or lift like a strongman, i have the wrong genes for it. sucks man
