I'm from Verona, I loved the video! So glad you discovered risotto al tastasal, usually it's overlooked by tourists especially for the risotto all'amarone (which is still delicious of course). Yes, risotto al tastasal is to die for :) cheers
If you can I'd recommend trying out the Carbonara at Luciano's in Rome, made by Luciano Monosilio. Its amazing and if you're in Rome you can try out Roman style pizza. Another great place to go would be Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo for really good Neapolitan pizza, and or Naples itself for the og Neapolitan pizza.
