I like his voice two, questionable line reads aside. Maybe im comparing the other wheelo VA, but i found his voice a little young sounding for the character, like i imagine him being a man in his late 20's early 30's right before being frozen. I also thought roshi, chi-chi, bulma, and piccolo weren't "too" bad either just really poor direction.
