Hey Manuel! I work a physical labor job and it helps with my weight staying the same pretty much with whatever I eat. Would it help if I were to stick with a couple protein bars throughout the day and then have 1 meal for dinner time? As a 6’2 210lbs man eating 2000 calories a day with a protein shake included. Only problem I have is I burn a lot of calories a day working so it’s hard for me to figure out how much or little to eat daily to lose some weight. I’m looking to be around 190 200.
