so on the link to buy the kit it says to have CUH-ZCT2 and have the top lightbar and my controllers have the light bar but none have that CUH-ZCT2 it has a 1 instead of a 2 will it still work?

I don't know how it's possible to mix up the circle and square bc I've been taking these controllers apart for years and never messed up once.

Enrique cano i got the same exact kit but the part where you put in the new charger part...well mine didnt come with it and i made sure we had the same one (we did) so im confused.

I have a newer kit I think and it comes with a white tab and options as well as the middle one (the rectangle? Do the name of it) and I am lost since it expects me to take out the motherboard of it and put it into the new one and Idk how to do it, any help is appreciated

Desolder the motors from the mainboard as soon as you see the rumble motors during this process. Use a flux dispenser and a soldering iron. No solder is needed. 12:13 if you have a charge board with a ribbon to the right, you’d typically get the same JDS to fix it if need be. This new board has the ribbon port on the left, let’s see if that’ll fuck up the mod. In conclusion, he folded the ribbon cable, and it didn’t fuck up the mod. That’s new. Before you close her up, use some flux and an iron, resolder the motors, use the solder on the board, unless you’ve pumped it off. In which case, instead, use lead-free rosin core solder to resolder.

When I close it again I can't seem to fully press the circle button. Only if I loosen the upper screw I can press it. Any idea?
